て本発明は、人手による作業をなくすと共に、被
メツキ物の保持を精度良く、安定に行えるという
効果がある。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 縦支持棒に、多数の横支持棒を上下方向の同
一平面上に列設すると共に、夫々の横支持棒の先
端に、開口を有する被メツキ物の開口部に挿入自
在な弾発性保持部を形成したメツキ用ジグと、該
メツキ用ジグを所定位置と着脱位置との間で移送
するジグ移送手段と、多数の前記被メツキ物を所
定位置と着脱位置との間で整列させて移送する被
メツキ物移送手段と、前記メツキ用ジグを着脱位
置に於いて位置決めする位置決め手段と、多数の
フインガーを一線上に列設したハンドリング手段
とを構成し、該ハンドリング手段には前記フイン
ガーを、被メツキ物移送手段上の整列した被メツ
キ物との対応姿勢から、前記位置決めされたメツ
キ用ジグの弾発性保持部との対応姿勢に遷移させ
る遷移手段と、それらの対応姿勢に於いて前記フ
インガーを進退させる進退手段を設けたことを特
徴とする開口を有する被メツキ物の、メツキ用ジ
グに対する自動着脱機構。 2 第1項の自動着脱機構に於いて、メツキ用ジ
グの多数の横支持棒は縦支持棒に長短交互に列設
することにより、該縦支持棒からの夫々の弾発性
保持部の距離を上下方向に長短交互に構成すると
共に、ハンドリング手段には、これらの弾発性保
持部との対応姿勢に於ける進退に、該弾発性保持
部の前記距離の差に対応するオフセツトを設定す
る第1のオフセツト設定手段と、該対応姿勢に於
いて、隣接する弾発性保持部間の間隔に対応する
上下方向のオフセツトを設定する第2のオフセツ
ト設定手段とを設けたことを特徴とする開口を有
する被メツキ物の、メツキ用ジグに対する自動着
脱機構。
