り扱いによって割れが発生し製造しずらいという問題が
ある。さらに前者の従来例も後者の従来例も木目に光沢
がなく、天然木の木目の外観と酷似しないという問題が

ン樹脂等の光沢用樹脂を添加してある。この着色接着剤
1は着色単板2より濃くしてある。この木目用フリッチ
7に若干の角度をつけて0.1〜0.5mm程度の厚さ
にスライスして木目用単板3を形成する。このようにし
て得られた木目用単板3は着色単板2と着色接着剤1に
より色むらが分散して存在すると共に着色接着剤1に光
沢がある。本発明の場合、厚さの厚い(厚さ1.0〜2
.0mm)脱色単板に着色して乾燥するため取り扱いに
よる割れが発生しない。つまり従来例の場合、0.1〜
0.5mm程度に薄くスライスしてから着色して乾燥す
るため割れ等が発生しやすい。この木目用単板3を春材
単板4に複合して複合単板8を形成し、複合単板8を複
数枚積層して圧締成形してフリッチ5を形成し、製材後
スライスして人工銘木6を形成する。この人工銘木6の
木目9には色むらの点在すると共に部分的に光沢があっ

れたものは木目に色むらと部分的な光沢を有し、松調の

あって天然木に酷似したものが得られるものであり、さ
らに着色接着剤にロジン樹脂、テルペン樹脂等の光沢用
樹脂を添加しているので、木目に部分的に光沢がでて一
