[Prior art] Conventionally, decorative boards for interior use have generally been made by pasting surface materials such as cloth, paper, or synthetic resin sheets on the surface of a rectangular substrate made of gypsum board, calcium silicate board, etc. used in Furthermore, recently, the surface material is made to protrude outward by a certain width from one side or two adjacent sides of the substrate to form a band-like part with the lower surface as an adhesive surface, and a plurality of decorative laminates are formed. When the strip is continuously stretched over the wooden base material, this strip is overlapped on the upper surface of the facing material of the adjacent decorative board, and then a cut line is made with a sharp knife across both the overlapping facing materials. By peeling off the overlapping parts of the facing materials, removing the cut ends, and aligning the cut ends of both facing materials to the same plane and bonding them to the substrate again, the joints between the decorative boards are prevented from appearing on the surface. A decorative board has been developed.

Considering the ease of assembly, the width of such decorative boards has traditionally been determined according to the spacing between the posts or studs that make up the wooden base member. When interior decoration is carried out using wooden boards, adjacent decorative boards are fixed to the surface of a wooden base member so as to butt against each other at the surface portions of pillars or studs set at regular intervals.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the pillar 21 as shown in FIG. When forming a wooden base member composed of studs 22 and rims 23,
No matter how careful the worker is when assembling the pillars 21 or studs 22, it is not always possible to assemble them on the same plane as the front. often. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 7, a difference in level occurs at the ends of the decorative board 24 that are butted against each other at the portion of the pillar 21 whose direction is shifted, and the end with the difference in level is formed by the surface material of the decorative board 24. However, there was a problem in that linear steps inevitably appeared in the vertical direction on the front side of the surface material.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The interior decoration method according to the present invention achieves the above object by attaching side plates to the surfaces of columns and studs instead of the conventional rim. That is, on the surface of a wooden base member consisting of columns and studs, a horizontal side plate made by abutting the tips of a plurality of elongated plates against each other as joints is placed so that the joints are located at the columns or studs, respectively. At the same time, a base is formed by attaching the side plates in multiple stages at intervals by shifting the positions of the joints of the side plates in the horizontal direction. and a plurality of decorative boards made of a square board having a width that is an integral multiple of the spacing between the studs and a surface material having a band-shaped portion projecting outward on one side of the board attached to the front face of the side board. Then, the strip-shaped portions of each of the decorative laminates are overlapped on the upper surface of the facing material of the adjacent decorative laminate, and then, a score line is made across both of the facing materials that overlap vertically using these strip-shaped portions, and polymerization is performed. The cut ends of both surface materials are removed, the cut ends of both surface materials are butted against each other on the same plane, and the interior is attached to a substrate.

First, in the interior decoration method of this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
A base is formed by attaching horizontal side plates 3 to the surfaces of columns 1 and studs 2 provided in the vertical direction. This side plate 3
One stage is formed by sequentially nailing the tips of a plurality of elongated plates against each other to the pillar 1 and the stud 2, and a plurality of stages are installed at intervals vertically. In this case, joints 4 are formed where the ends of the elongated boards butt each other, but the joints 4 in each side board 3 are located at the pillars 1 or studs 2, and the side boards 3 in multiple stages are
so that each joint 4 is shifted laterally. Preferably, the joints 4 are shifted one by one to the adjacent pillars 1 or studs 2 in the order of the steps.

Next, a case will be described in which a wall surface is formed by using another type of decorative board 10 as shown in FIG. 4 and fixing it to the base prepared as described above. This decorative board 10 does not use the lower surface of the strip-shaped portion 13 of the surface material 12 as an adhesive surface, but instead leaves a strip-shaped unbonded portion on the other edge side of the strip-shaped portion 13 and applies adhesive to the substrate 11 in that portion. A release paper 14 is provided on its surface, and the fixing procedure is as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 5(a), a plurality of decorative boards 10 are successively fixed to the front surface of the side plate 3 with their band-shaped portions 13 aligned to one side. Next, as shown in FIG. 5 et al., the strip-shaped portion 13 of the surface material 12 of the left decorative laminate 100 is superimposed on the surface material 12 of the right decorative laminate 10, and
A cut line 15 is made with a cutter across both surface materials 12 and 12. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5(C), the cut end of the strip portion 13 and the cut end of the surface material 12 underneath are removed, and the release paper 14 is completely peeled off to remove the adhesive. expose. Finally, as shown in FIG. 5(d), the right surface material 12 is attached to the substrate 11 using the adhesive that appears on the substrate 11.
Furthermore, the strip portion 13 is adhered onto the substrate 11 with the same adhesive so that the cut ends of both surface materials 12 and 12 are brought into contact with each other on the same plane.
