Conventionally, various types of tray receiving devices for cabinets and the like have been provided, including those in which a rail is integrally formed on the side plate of the cabinet, and those in which a unit receiving member having a rail is attached to the inner surface of the side plate of the cabinet. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-11146, rail members having horizontal plate-like rails are attached to both sides of the cabinet by crimping and engaging in multiple stages up and down, and drawers are simply mounted on both side rails. Since the drawer is slidably mounted, there is a risk that the drawer may wobble or easily fall out toward the front, and furthermore, the installation work of the rail member is complicated. Also, Jikko 52-
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 25373, a unit member is provided in which unit members each having a flat rail protruding from one side of a substrate to be attached to a side plate of a cabinet are arranged in a complicated manner in the vertical direction of the side plate. Similarly to the above, there are problems such as the tray placed on the rail easily falling out and the tray being unable to be positioned accurately when being pushed into the cabinet.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention forms concave steps at positions equidistant inward from the front and rear ends of the upper bearing surface, and also provides slopes curved upward in the end direction at the front and rear of the lower sliding surface. A unit receiving member in which a plurality of formed unit rails are protruded from one side of the board at equal distances apart from each other in the vertical direction, and are attached to the inner surfaces of both side plates of a cabinet or the like;
Locking edges supported by the receiving surfaces of the unit rails are provided protrudingly on the upper edges of both sides, and convex portions are formed on the front and rear lower surfaces of the locking edges to simultaneously engage with both the concave step portions of the unit rails. The thickness between the lower surface of the convexity and the upper surface of the locking edge is set smaller than the distance between vertically adjacent unit rails, and the distance from the front edge of the rear convex portion of the tray to the rear end of the upper edge of the tray. A tray receiving device such as a cabinet is configured such that the distance is set longer than the shortest distance between the sliding surfaces of the upper unit rail from the front edge of the front recessed step of the unit rail.

The tray receiving device for a cabinet, etc. of the present invention, which has the above-mentioned contents, has locking edges protruding from both sides of the tray inserted between the unit rails adjacent to the top and bottom of the unit member attached to the inner surfaces of both sides of the cabinet, etc. Then, the convex portions formed on the front and rear lower surfaces of the locking edge are simultaneously engaged with the recessed portions formed at positions equidistant inward from the front and rear ends of the upper receiving surface of the unit rail, thereby locking the tray. If you store the tray with its back and forth movement restricted, lift the front side of the tray slightly upwards, release the engagement between the front protrusion and the recessed part, and pull it out to the front, the rear protrusion will be removed as a unit. It slides on the center of the receiving surface of the rail and stops when it engages with the concave step in the front, and even if you release your hand in this state, the distance from the front edge of the rear convex part of the tray to the rear end of the upper edge of the tray remains unchanged. The distance from the front end of the front recessed part of the unit rail to the sliding surface of the upper unit rail is set longer than the shortest distance between the sliding surfaces, so keep it in the pulled out state.
Furthermore, from this state, the front side of the tray is lifted and pulled out, and the engagement between the rear convex portion and the front concave stepped portion is released, and the tray can be taken out from inside the cabinet.

Therefore, when a plurality of unit receiving members A are arranged vertically on both side plates 14, 14 of the cabinet 13 as shown in FIG.
can be supported. That is, the upper tray B1 in the figure exclusively supports one unit rail 2, the middle tray B2 exclusively supports two unit rails 2, and the lower tray B1 exclusively supports one unit rail 2. The tray B3 exclusively supports four unit rails 2, and has box bodies 16 of various depths, but the locking edge 17 is common. When the tray B is housed in the cabinet 13 using the unit receiving member A, the engaging members protruding from both sides of the tray B are provided between the unit rails 2, which are vertically adjacent to the unit receiving member A. Tonge 17,
17, and by passing the rear convex portion 18 of the locking edge 17 through the front end upper surface 5 of the unit rail 2 and pushing it further, the upper surface of the receiving surface 3 is formed into a concave stepped portion 4 and a flat portion 6. In this state, lift the front side of tray B and push it in. Pass the front convex part 18 over the front end upper surface 5, and connect both convex parts 18, 18 to the double concave stepped part 4 of the unit rail 2. , 4,
Place it in the position indicated by the dotted line in Figure 2. Incidentally, if the height difference between the front end upper edge of the end upper surface 5 and the highest part of the end upper surface 5 is made larger than the downward protrusion height of the convex portion 18, the tray B can be moved without lifting the front side of the tray B.
It can be stored by simply pushing it in.
In addition, when pulling out the tray B, lift the front side of the tray B slightly upward, release the engagement between the front convex part 18 and the concave stepped part 4, and pull it toward the front.
The rear convex part 18 slides on the central flat part 6 of the receiving surface 3 of the unit rail 2 and engages with the front concave step part 4 and stops, and even if you release your hand in this state, the upper edge of the tray B The rear end contacts the sliding surface 7 of the upper unit rail 2 and maintains the state indicated by the dashed line in the figure. Furthermore, from this state, lift the front side of tray B and pull it out to remove the convex portion 18 at the rear of tray B and the recessed step 4 at the front of unit rail 2.
The engaged state of tray B is released, and tray B can be completely pulled out from inside the cabinet 13 and taken out.
In addition, to prevent tray B from falling off when placing tray B on unit rail 2 located at the top, cabinet 1
This can be easily achieved by setting the distance between the top plate or the lower surface of the partition plate 20 of No. 3 and the sliding surface 7 of the upper unit rail 2.

According to the tray receiving device for a cabinet or the like of the present invention, the recessed step portions are formed at positions equidistant inwardly from the front and rear ends of the upper receiving surface, and the recessed steps are formed at the front and rear ends of the lower sliding surface upward in the end direction. A plurality of unit rails each having a curved slope are protruded from one side of the board at equal distances in the vertical direction, and a unit receiving member is attached to the inner surface of both side plates of a cabinet, etc., and a receiving member for the unit rail is attached to the upper edge of both sides. The tray has a protruding locking edge supported by the surface, and a convex portion is formed on the front and rear lower surfaces of the locking edge to engage simultaneously with both concave step portions of the unit rail. By attaching a desired number of unit receiving members to desired positions on both side plates, a large number of unit rails can be arranged above and below, and the thickness between the lower surface of the convexity and the upper surface of the locking edge is determined by the distance between the vertically adjacent unit rails. Since the tray is set smaller, both locking edges of the tray are inserted between the upper and lower unit rails, and the protrusions at the front and rear are simultaneously engaged with the concave steps of the unit rails to prevent rattling in the front and rear direction. When the tray is pulled out, the rear convex part of the tray engages with the concave step in front of the unit rail, and the rear convex part of the tray engages with the concave step in front of the unit rail. Since the distance from the front edge of the unit rail to the rear end of the upper edge of the tray is set longer than the shortest distance between the sliding surfaces of the upper unit rail from the front edge of the front recessed step of the unit rail, the tray moves toward the front side. It does not fall out, and when the tray needs to be taken out, it can be taken out by simply pulling the tray upward and toward the front to release the engagement between the rear convex part of the tray and the front recessed part of the unit rail. It is.
