Abstract

PURPOSE:To heighten the surface pressure of cylinder opening peripheral edge parts by the desired quantity by dividing the appropriate width band, at the peripheral edge parts of the cylinder openings, of a sub plate from a remaining part, and setting the plate thickness of the band at the cylinder opening peripheral edge parts to be different from that of the remaining part of the sub-plate. CONSTITUTION:A metal gasket is formed in such a way that a sub-plate 2 without a bead is clamped by two bases 1 with beads 8 formed at the peripheral edge parts of cylinder openings 4. The appropriate width band 2a, at the peripheral edge parts of the cylinder openings 4, of the sub-plate 2 is divided from a remaining part 2b, and the plate thickness t1 of the band 2a at the cylinder opening peripheral edge parts is made thicker than the plate thickness t2 of the remaining part 2b of the sub-plate 2 to form the metal gasket. ケットの場合は、そのシリンダー用開口4の周縁部にリ
ング状のビード8を形成したり、また副板2の開口4の
内側縁部を折り返してグロメット部9を形成している。

なるという問題点があった。

量だけ厚くすることによって、シリンダー周間[]周縁
部の面圧を所望景品めることができる。
