Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of wall material occurring during installation work by fixing a base/fixing plate having male and female connecting portions at its longitudinal edge to a pillar or other structures, and inserting and fixing a rigid wall material having an engaging groove for engaging with the female connecting portion. CONSTITUTION:A rigid mold material A is formed by a cement plate, etc., and an engaging groove is disposed at the side edge. A base/fixing plate B is fabricated by installing a male connecting portion 5 having the mounting portion 4, a fixing member 6, a rise member 7, and an engaging groove 9, and a female connecting portion 10 having a strip groove 11, rise member 12, and locking groove 14. The fixing member 6 of the male connecting portion 5 is fixed onto a structure alpha via a fixture beta while superposing, with the female connecting portion 10 of fixing plate B being in the lower position. Then, the rigid wall material A is inserted and fixed to the engaging groove 9 and the locking groove 14 of fixing plate B. This constitution eliminates nailing or drilling in the rigid wall material during installation work, preventing breakage of wall material A.

In general, many hard wall materials, especially ceramic hard wall materials mainly made of cement, have male and female parts formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction in a reciprocating structure. When these hard wall materials are fixed to a building frame, mounting holes are usually drilled at the site and nails are driven. In addition, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 62-131532, ■ Utility Model Application No. 2-23636, and ■ Utility Model Application No. 2-36540,

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms a fitting groove and a locking groove on the side edges in the longitudinal direction, and the engaging piece serving as the upper edge of the locking groove is A base-cum-fixing material is fixed to the frame, with intermittent engagement pieces formed at intervals and fixing pieces formed outside the fitting groove, and the mating grooves and locking material of this base-cum-fixing material are fixed to the frame. By inserting and fixing a hard wall material with opposing edges on both sides and an engaging groove on the female part into the groove, the notch allows for external protection even in the unlikely event of shallow water. A hard wall material that strengthens its waterproof properties by allowing rainwater to flow down, eliminates the failure of damaging hard wall materials with drills, hammers, etc., eliminates the need for joint adjustment, allows for highly efficient construction, and improves fire resistance. This provides a mounting structure.

[Example] An example of the mounting structure for a hard wall material according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram illustrating the above-mentioned mounting structure, and FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b) show a hard wall material A and a base/fixing material B used therein. Hard wall materials A include cement boards, calcium carbonate boards, calcium silicate boards, ceramic boards, wood chip cement boards, magnesium carbonate boards, etc., or these include glass fibers, whiskers, aramid fibers, steel fibers, carbonate fibers, various mineral fibers, and various other materials. Products mixed with aggregate etc. are molded by extrusion molding, press molding, injection molding, paper making methods, etc., or various fibers are woven in a cross or three-dimensional shape and then impregnated with cement, clay, etc. to form panels. It is formed by steam curing and firing after molding, or it is made of sand inch panels made by laminating thin metal sheets and synthetic resin foam. To explain further, as shown in FIG. 2(a), the hard wall material A has a male fruit part 1 and a female fruit part 2 which are opposite each other on both side edges, and a notch corner of the female fruit part 2. An engagement groove 3 is formed in the. Base and fixing material B is mainly roll-formed thin metal sheets such as colored steel sheets, aluminum/galvanized steel sheets, aluminum sheets, titanium sheets, stainless steel sheets, copper sheets, fluororesin-coated steel sheets, clad steel sheets, laminate sheets, and damping steel sheets. , press molding, or extrusion molding of an aluminum alloy or the like. Next, the mounting structure of the hard wall material according to the present invention will be explained through construction examples. It is now assumed that the hard wall material A and the base/fixing material B shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b) are used and are arranged as shown in FIG. 1. Therefore, the base/fixing material B is placed on the frame α (wooden base, steel frame base) consisting of main pillars, studs, etc., and its female connecting portion 10 is placed on the fixing piece 6 of the male connecting portion 5. Then, from the foundation to the girder, fix it horizontally using fixing devices β such as nails. When the construction of the base and fixing material B is completed, the end 1a of the hard wall material A is inserted into the fitting groove 9, the lower edge 3a of the lower end is dropped into the locking groove 14, and the end 1a is pressed by the pressing piece 8. Constructed in a locked state. By sequentially performing such steps from the first stage to the nth stage of the base/fixing material B, the wall body is formed. In such a mounting structure, since the male part 1 and the female part 2 of the hard wall material A are fixed by the pressing piece 8 and the engagement piece 13 of the base and fixing material B, it is difficult to drive nails into the hard wall material A. There is no need for any equipment, etc., and damage to the hard wall material A during construction can be prevented. Moreover, since the hard wall material A is not directly fixed to the frame body α with nails or the like, it can follow even if a deformation load is applied to the frame body α due to an earthquake or the like.

As described above, according to the hard wall material mounting structure according to the present invention, there is no need to directly drive nails or drill mounting holes into the hard wall material, thereby preventing damage to the hard wall material during construction. can be prevented. ■Since the base and fixing material covers the frame, the wall has good waterproof and sealing properties. ■Hard wall materials are held in place by a base and fixing material and fixed by pressure, so they can follow the deformation of the building structure due to earthquakes, etc., and prevent damage and peeling. ■Since the installation position of the hard wall material is determined by the base and fixing material, there is no need to adjust the joints when installing the hard wall material, allowing for efficient construction. ■Due to the dimensional relationship between the hard wall material and the base/fixing material, it is possible to install the hard wall material after placing the base/fixing material over the entire surface of the structure.
It is possible to achieve higher construction efficiency, and after construction,
If the hard wall material is damaged due to external impact, it can be easily replaced. ■The base/fixing material used to install hard wall materials does not change the dimensions of the mounting base due to installation of the base/fixing material, and the hard wall material is paired with one base/fixing material. Due to construction errors in the base and fixing material, only the joint width is left blank, resulting in a structure with improved installation strength and workability.

■Since a notch is formed in the engagement piece of the base and fixing material,
Even in the unlikely event of water leakage, the rainwater can be discharged to the outside through the notch and from the pressing piece of the base and fixing material of the lower tier. It has the following characteristics and effects.
