本考案はステイツク状食品用容器に係り、とく
に容器本体と蓋体とから構成され、ステイツク状

にした仕切具をコツプ状容器と組合わせたもので
あつて、コツプ内に棒状の菓子を充填するととも
に、仕切具の商品収納皿にチヨコレート液を入れ
るようにしたものである。従つてコツプから取出
された菓子を商品収納皿内に挿入してチヨコレー
ト液を塗布して食べることができるようになつて
いる。
このような容器をアイスステイツクやステイツ
クスナツク、やきとり等の各種のステイツク状食
品のための容器に適用すると、その大きさが比較
的大きなステイツク状食品の場合には、コツプ内
に効率的にかつ整然とステイツク状食品を保持す
ることができない。すなわちステイツク状食品が
乱雑に配列されることになり、これによつて外観
が悪化し、商品価値が損われることになる。また
このような構造の容器によれば、その大きさに比
して充填されるステイツク状食品の量が少なくな
り、内部の容量が有効に利用されないという欠点

位置するようにし、内側が凹部になつている逆カ
ツプ状の蓋体を前記容器の周縁部に係合させるこ
とによつて前記ステイツク状食品の少なくとも露
出された取手の部分を覆うようにしたことを特徴
とするステイツク状食品用容器に関するものであ
つて、容器内においてステイツク状食品が効率的
かつ整然と配列されるようにし、これによつてス
ペースフアクタを向上させ、商品価値を高めるよ

ス類用容器７を保持するようになつている。また
この容器本体１の底部であつて上記保持部４を構

ている。
つぎにこの容器本体１の上部に被さるようにな
つている蓋体２の構成について説明すると、蓋体
２は第４図および第５図に示すように逆カツプ状
に構成されており、その開口縁部の内側には係合
溝９が形成されるようになつている。この係合溝
９は円周方向の全周に臨んで延びるようになつて
おり、この蓋体２を第１図に示すように容器本体
１の上側に被せると、容器本体１の開口縁部１０
に形成されている断面がＬ字状のリブ１１と係合
されるようになつている。
以上のように構成されている容器本体１と蓋体
２とから成るステイツク状食品用容器内に、ステ
イツク状食品１２を収納する場合には、第６図に
示すようにして収納する。すなわちステイツク状
食品１２の下部を容器本体１の突部３の周囲の区
画手段を構成する凹部８内にそれぞれ１つずつ直
立した状態で収納する。これによつて例えば12個
のステイツク状食品１２が容器本体１の突部３の
周囲に円周方向に並んで収納されることになる。
さらにソース１３をカツプ状をなす合成樹脂成
形体から成るソース類用容器７内に充填するとと
もに、その上部開口をアルミ箔から成る蓋材１４
によつてシールし、このソース１３の充填された
ソース類用容器７を保持部４に保持させる。この
ときに保持部４には第７図に示すように、縦方向
の溝５と横方向の溝６とがそれぞれ形成されてい
るために、保持部４内の空気が容易に排出される
ことになり、このために保持部４に容易にソース
類用容器７が装着されるようになる。

の容器７内のソース１３をつけて食べることがで
きるようになる。従つてこのような容器によれ
