【構成】 キャップＡの頭部１は凹部２を有している。
凹部２は、その底壁３に凸部４を有し、消し具Ｂは、前
記凸部４が圧入する孔部８を有している。筆記具挿入部
９はその底部１０に前記凹部２の底壁３の凸部４に対応
した凹部１１を有している。また、この底部１０上に盤
状の弾性体１２が配置している。 【効果】 デザイン上の制約や使い易さ、成形のし易さ
などの点に影響されずに、消し具の固定を確実になすこ
とができる。
凹部２は、その底壁３に凸部４を有し、消し具Ｂは、前
記凸部４が圧入する孔部８を有している。筆記具挿入部
９はその底部１０に前記凹部２の底壁３の凸部４に対応
した凹部１１を有している。また、この底部１０上に盤
状の弾性体１２が配置している。 【効果】 デザイン上の制約や使い易さ、成形のし易さ
などの点に影響されずに、消し具の固定を確実になすこ
とができる。

頭部に凹部を有し、この凹部に消し具を圧入固定してなる筆記具の消し具付き
キャップに関する。
【０００２】
頭部に凹部を有し、この凹部に消し具を圧入固定してなる筆記具の消し具付き
キャップの例として、実開昭５１−１３９０３０号公報に消しゴムを有した鉛筆
用のキャップが示されている。また、この他に消し具として修正液を内蔵するボ
−ルペン用のキャップや固形修正具を有するキャップが知られている。

前記キャップに圧入した消し具を固定する凹部は、デザイン上の制約や使い易
さ、成形のし易さなどの点から必ずしも奥行きを長くはできない。しかし、凹部
の奥行きを短くすると消し具が外れ易くなるという問題があった。

本考案は、頭部に凹部を有し、この凹部に消し具を圧入固定してなる筆記具の
消し具付きキャップにおいて、前記凹部の底壁は凸部を有し、前記消し具は孔部
を有し、前記凸部は、前記消し具の孔部に圧入してなすことを特徴とする筆記具
の消し具付きキャップを要旨とする。

図１は、本考案の一実施例を示す断面図である。
参照符号Ａは、ポリエステルなどの合成樹脂射出成形品であるキャップで、こ
のキャップＡの頭部１は凹部２を有している。

凹部２は、その底壁３に凸部４を有している。この凸部４の形状は、頂部５を
先端に向かって縮径するテ−パ−状となっているが、テ−パ−部のない円柱状で
あってもかまわない。

また、凹部２の側壁６は、開口側に向かって複数のリブ７（点線部分）を有し
ている。このリブ７によって消し具Ｂと側壁６との間に隙間（図示せず）が形成
されるが、この隙間は、消し具Ｂを取り付ける際に、凹部２内の空気を通し、逃
がすことができる。尚、凹部２の内径が、三角形、四角形などの多角形とし、消
し具Ｂと凹部２との間に隙間を作りつつ圧入状態となるように、消し具の形状を
決定することもできる。

消し具Ｂは、前記凸部４が圧入する孔部８を有している。前記消し具Ｂを前記
凹部２に取り付けた状態では、消し具Ｂは、前記凹部２の側壁６と凸部４とで圧
入固定されている。尚、この時、凸部４の側壁に突起やスリットなどを設けて消
し具Ｂとの摩擦抵抗を増加させ、消し具Ｂの固定を更に確実にすることができる
。

ここで、消し具Ｂとして塩化ビニルや熱可塑性エラストマ−からなる消しゴム
や、テルペン系樹脂や熱可塑性エラストマ−や油脂といった高分子化合物と二酸
化チタンとからなる固形修正具や、修正液など例示できる。

キャップＡの筆記具挿入部９はその底部１０に前記凹部２の底壁３の凸部４に
対応した凹部１１を有している。また、この底部１０上に盤状の弾性体１２が配
置している。

筆記具挿入部９の側壁１３は、長手方向のスリット１４と筆記具嵌合用のリブ１
５を有している。

図２に示すように、キャップＡにの筆記具Ｃを装着した状態では、前記盤状の
弾性体１２に筆記具Ｃのペン先１６が当接し、前記盤状の弾性体１２は前記凹部
１１の内側に向かって押圧付勢され、変形しつつペン先１６を気密にしている。
尚、筆記具としては、ボ−ルペン、小管式筆記具、シャ−プペンシルなど例示で
きる。

上述したように、本考案の筆記具の消し具付きキャップは、デザイン上の制約
や使い易さ、成形のし易さなどの点に影響されずに、消し具の固定を確実になす
ことができる。

- 【請求項１】 頭部に凹部を有し、この凹部に消し具を
圧入固定してなる筆記具の消し具付きキャップにおい
て、前記凹部の底壁は凸部を有し、前記消し具は孔部を
有し、前記凸部は、前記消し具の孔部に圧入してなすこ
とを特徴とする筆記具の消し具付きキャップ。
