ができる。そのアルカリ水溶液の濃度としては、
後の工程での脱水、副生物の生成などを考慮して
0.1〜30%の濃度が好ましい。アルカリ水溶液を
添加する温度は30℃以下がよく、これより高温だ
と副生物が生成し易くなり好ましくない。

ロキノン0.014gを添加した後、少量の空気を通
気しながら20〜25℃,3〜40mmHgの低温減圧下
で脱水した。中和により生成塩が析出してきたの
で25℃にて過して取り除いた。得られた反応生
成物は153.8gであり、ガスクロマトグラフイー
による純度測定の結果はグリセロールメタクリレ
ートが95.6%であつた。この反応生成物の色相は
APHA50であつた。
