測定物体までの距離を測定して両変位計間隔から
差し引くことにより被測定物体の厚みプロフイー
ルを求める測定装置において、コ字形支持体の内
側部に設けられ被測定物体端面に追従する１組の
ガイドロールと、コ字形支持体の上下内面に対向
して設けられ被測定物体表面に追従する３組の倣
いロールと、該３組の倣いロール間において被測
定物体の表裏両面方向の変位を測定するべく設け
られた１組の変位計とを備えたことを特徴とする
厚みプロフイール測定装置。 (2) ３組の倣いロールの外側に、更に１組の変
