Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）一定の基準面の設けられた軌条を被測定面に対向
して配設し、この軌条に前記基準面に沿って摺動する枠
体を組付けるとともに、この枠体に、被測定面に接触す
る測定子を備えた変位検出器を取付けたことを特徴とす
