Claims (1)
- 内部に半導体集積回路チツプを搭載し、外側部
に押え具を有する容器と、前記半導体集積回路チ
ツプの外部引き出し用電極に接触する金属部分が
下面に設けられ、上面に該金属部分と接続する外
部リードピンとを有するキヤツプを具備し、半導
体集積回路チツプを内部に収納した前記容器を前
記キヤツプとを前記容器外側部の押え具で固定す
ることを特徴とする半導体集積回路検査用容器。
