CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 220 extracts a data representing a succeeding broadcast time from a received frame, stores it in a memory and outputs the result to a display device 242. Moreover, the microcomputer 220 reads the current time from a clock unit 244 and sends a voice signal representing a succeeding broadcast time such as 3 minutes before the on-air as '3 minutes before the on-air' to an amplifier 202 via a voice synthesis unit 240. A predictive sound such as chime or alarm tone may be used other than the voice signal.
