(b) Prior art A carry-in conveyor and a transfer conveyor are connected in series, and containers to be cleaned that are transferred in a face-down state on the carry-in conveyor are transferred onto the transfer conveyor and conveyed as they are, and during the conveyance. In a cleaning device that cleans containers to be cleaned by spraying cleaning water onto them, the containers being transported are sprayed with detergent or cleaning water to wash away dirt, so the containers to be cleaned are transported in a row or on top of each other. If the feed claw is not in proper contact with the inner surface of the front wall of the container to be cleaned, the position may shift during transportation, or one side may rise due to the spray pressure of the cleaning water. This may cause trouble. Therefore, the containers to be cleaned must be correctly placed on the conveyor and sent into the cleaning device. However, the containers to be cleaned are placed on the conveyor one by one by hand, and a large number of containers must be placed on the conveyor continuously. There is a strong tendency to perform unreasonable loading that exceeds processing capacity in an attempt to quickly achieve quotas. This results in uneven cleaning as described above and causes trouble during transportation, and it is inefficient because the cleaning device must be stopped and readjusted properly each time.

Therefore, conventionally, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-16390, an endless belt having a portion approximately parallel to the conveyor is hung to move the object to be cleaned in a pinching manner. Feed claws for moving the container to be cleaned are provided on the endless belt at predetermined intervals,
It is known that a stopper operated by an operating rod operated by the feed claw is provided in the carry-in path, at least a space is left between the containers to be cleaned, and lifting is prevented by a clamping means.

C. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The above-mentioned conventional cleaning device is configured to move the object to be cleaned under pressure by hanging an endless belt having a portion substantially parallel to the conveyor.
There is a strong tendency for the equipment to become large, and the stopper linked to the feed claw operates independently of the containers to be cleaned that are brought in, so the stopper function cannot be performed properly, and the containers to be cleaned that are randomly brought in cannot be properly handled. It does not have a function to adjust to a predetermined interval or correct the posture.

Therefore, this invention was developed as a result of intensive research, focusing on the fact that if containers to be cleaned that are brought in at random are adjusted to a predetermined interval and corrected to the correct posture, there will be no need for a clamping mechanism, which tends to be a large undertaking. This is a feeding interval regulating device for containers to be cleaned in a cleaning device, and its configuration is such that a blocking plate, which is horizontally elongated with respect to the conveyance direction, is projected onto and retracted from below the carrying-in conveyor onto the carrying-in conveyor. A stopper mechanism is provided to temporarily block the progress of the conveyor, and a detection mechanism is provided at the transfer position of the transport conveyor to detect the container to be cleaned. The stopper mechanism confirms that the container to be cleaned has reached the transfer position. and a control mechanism that releases the stopper mechanism after confirming that the container has passed, thereby keeping the feeding interval of the container to be cleaned constant. and a posture correction mechanism consisting of a flexible plate suspended like a curtain.

First, when the container M to be cleaned is conveyed on the carry-in conveyor 1 and its leading end is detected by the phototube switch 9, the stopper mechanism 5 is activated and the blocking plate 5b abuts into the container. The container M to be cleaned moves forward, and when the tip of the container M to be cleaned is detected by the phototube switch 10, a timer (not shown) is activated.
The stopper mechanism 5 is released one second after it is activated.
During this time, the blocking plate 5b of the container M to be cleaned comes into contact with the inner surface of the rear wall, and the force of the container M to move forward causes the inner surface of the blocking plate 5 to come into contact with the inner surface of the rear wall.
Since the container M to be cleaned is brought into close contact with the surface of the container M, the container M to be cleaned, which has been transported diagonally, is corrected and temporarily stopped. When the set time of the timer elapses, the blocking plate 5
b is lowered, the container M to be cleaned moves forward toward the conveyor 2, and its tip reaches the transfer position and waits on the support plate 7. From the stop position of the carry-in conveyor 1 to the terminal position, the idle roller 1b rotates and the container M to be cleaned rapidly moves forward. The feed claws 4, 4 of the conveyor 2 are designed to come around every 2.5 seconds, and it takes about 2 seconds, including the 1 second timer operation time and the 1 second it takes to move to the transfer position. When the cleaning container M reaches the transfer position, it is immediately stopped by the feed claw 4 and transported as it is. When the tip of the container M to be cleaned is detected by the phototube switch 11, the stopper mechanism 5 operates to stop the following container M to be cleaned, and the preceding container M to be cleaned is locked by the locking pawl 4 and moved to the transfer position. When it passes, the phototube switch 11 detects the passage and releases the stopper mechanism 5. Thereafter, the above operation is repeated to regulate the interval between the containers M to be cleaned.
When the containers M to be cleaned are carried in successively, the preceding container M to be cleaned is detected by the phototube switch 11 at the transfer position as described above, and the stopper mechanism 5 is activated, so that the subsequent container M is carried in. Even if the phototube switches 9 and 10 detect M, the stopper mechanism 5
The blocking plate 5b remains in an upward position. However, if there is a predetermined distance or more between the containers M and M to be cleaned, as shown in FIG. While the upper side is being transported, the blocking plate 5b of the stopper mechanism 5 comes into contact with the tip of the container M to be cleaned. In that case, after the preceding container M to be cleaned is locked by the locking claws 4 and passes the transfer position, the stopper mechanism 5 is released and the following container M to be cleaned is detected by the phototube switch 9 and the stopper mechanism 5 is released. The mechanism 5 operates again, and the preceding container to be cleaned M
The state returns to the initial state (Fig. 3a) where there is no .
The container M to be cleaned that is transported while being locked by the locking claws 4, 4 corrects its posture with respect to the container M to be cleaned whose posture has collapsed at the time of transfer by the posture correction mechanism 8, and thereby the cleaning device This prevents trouble within 3. According to the interval regulating device configured as described above, the containers to be cleaned that are carried in at various intervals are once stopped by the stopper mechanism, and the interval with respect to the preceding container to be cleaned is regulated. When it is confirmed that the cleaning container has been transferred to the transport conveyor, the subsequent containers to be cleaned are sent out, so that it is possible to reliably secure a predetermined distance or more between the containers to be cleaned.

Therefore, when loading containers to be cleaned onto the carry-in conveyor, you do not have to constantly concentrate on feeding the containers in exactly the same way as possible. The ability of the cleaning machine can be utilized to its full potential, and each time a problem occurs, the equipment can be stopped and the containers to be cleaned can be loaded. This eliminates the hassle of adjusting the position of the conveyor and greatly improves processing capacity. There is no need to provide large-scale additional equipment.
