じめその装着部位におけるタイヤの円周長さと同

を充分にとり、これを他力の緊縮自在とした切断
分離端に係止して充分に緊縮し、もつて車輪の
内、外側に位置する各索条を充分に締め付けてタ
イヤへの装着を新しいタイヤ、摩耗したタイヤい
ずれのものでも確実に行い得るようにしたもので
あるとともに前記内、外索条を均等に緊縮し得る
ものであるから、走行中に過度の力が加わつた場
合に内、外の索条に均等に引張力を分散すること
ができ、その結果従来のように内側索条のみに引
張力を集中してこれを切断したり傷付けたりする
のを防止することができるばかりでなく、滑止め
部材の端部が車輪の内側に突出した状態で装着さ
れるようなことは全くなく、しかも前記車輪の外
側に位置する索条への各滑止め部材端部の結着ピ
ツチを内側に位置する索条への結着ピツチより小
となしたため、前記外側の索条を締め付けた時に
前記各滑止め部材がタイヤの走行面に対して直角
方向若しくはそれに近い平行状態で、しかもその
両端部が走行面を中心としてタイヤの内、外側面
に対して略対称状態に着され、滑止め具の装着を
正しく行い得るものであらから、その結果装着後
の調整走行時に滑止め部材の端部あるいは索条等
を車輪内側に位置する車輌部材等に引掛けてこれ
を破損するような惧れは全くなく、安全走行がで
きる等の効果がある。

を特徴とする車両用滑止め具。
