[Detailed explanation of the idea] This invention is used by adhering it to the tires of automobiles, etc.
Concerning anti-skid devices for vehicles, the purpose of which is
However, we want to make it as easy and as possible to attach it to the tire.
It can be done accurately and also prevents slipping during adjustment.
Prevents damage to stopper members, cables, etc., allowing safe driving.
The objective is to provide a non-slip device that can be used to prevent slipping. In the non-slip device for vehicles, both ends as shown in Figure 6
has engaging members 12, 12', 13, 13',
and the engaging members 12, 12', 13, 13' are mutually connected.
inside and outside of wheel A′ by locking to
Two cables 1 formed so as to be located on each side
Bondage member consisting of 1, 11' and the bonding member
The two cables 11, 11' are tied at both ends a, a' in a ladder-like manner, and when installed, the cables 11, 11' are connected at least to the tread surface C' and the side surface D' of the tire B'. ′ is provided with a plurality of anti-slip members 15 made of rubber or synthetic resin formed so as to surround the
Moreover, the cable 11' located on the outside of the wheel A' can be cut and separated at a predetermined position, and the cut and separated ends can be locked by detachable engagement members 14, 14'. This has already been developed by the applicant, and in this device, the length of the cable 11 located inside the wheel A' is usually formed in advance to be the same length as the circumference of the tire at the mounting location, or slightly shorter. There is. The reason is anti-slip member 1
5 is correctly installed on the tire B' (the anti-slip member 15 is perpendicular to the running surface C' as shown in Figures 7 to 9, and both ends a and a' are inwardly centered on the running surface C'). In order to ensure that the inner cables 11 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the outer surface D', even if the tire B' is worn out, the length of the inner cables 11 can be shortened so that the outer cables 11'
This is because by tightening the anti-slip members 15, each anti-slip member 15 can be correctly attached to the tire B'. However, if the inner cable 11 is made to have the same length as the circumference of the tire at the installation site or to be slightly shorter as described above, the anti-slip member 15 will not fit around the tire.
It becomes difficult to fit the outer periphery of wheel A', especially when the anti-slip member 15 is installed with the end a of the anti-slip member 15 located inside the wheel A' protruding inward as shown in the dashed line in Figure 8. This often happens. Therefore, if the vehicle is run in this state, there is a risk that the protrusion may get caught on a member on the inside of the vehicle's wheels and damage the anti-slip member 15 or cable 11. When excessive force is applied, the tensile force concentrates on the inner cables, causing the inner cables to be cut or damaged. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, prevents damage to the anti-slip member and cables, and enables the anti-slip device to be mounted on the tire quickly and accurately. An embodiment of the invention will be described in detail. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a binding member located inside the wheel A when it is installed, and is formed of a rope body made of a rope, band, etc., and has a length that is the same as or slightly smaller than the circumference of the tire B at the installation site. It is formed for a long time. Reference numerals 2 and 2' denote engaging members provided at both ends of the binding member 1, and in this embodiment, hooks and hook rings are shown, but any structure that can be used can be used as long as it can be locked. It can also be from. Reference numeral 1' denotes a binding member located outside the wheel A when it is mounted, and is formed with a cable made of the same material as the binding member 1, and has cables on both ends thereof similar to the binding member 1. Engaging members (hooks and hook rings) 3, 3' are provided, and when installed, they are cut and separated at a location corresponding to the ground contact part of tire B, and from the one cut and separated end to the engagement end. The length of the cable 1' is shorter than the length from the engaging end of the inner cable 1 corresponding to the cable 1' to the ground contact area of the tire (its dimensions are determined by the size of each type of wheel). Moreover, a hook ring 4 is provided at the cut and separated end, and a hook 4 is provided at the other cut and separated end with which the length of the binding member 1' can be freely adjusted. ’ is formed. The hook ring 4 and the hook 4' may be of any type as long as they can adjust the tension of the cut and separated end of the binding member 1'. 5... is a non-slip member in which both end portions a 1 and a 1 ' are tied at required intervals so as to form a ladder shape on the binding members 1 and 1 ',
It is made of an elastic material such as rubber or plastic, and when installed, it touches the tread C and both sides D of the tire B.
It comes into contact with the Note that the binding pitch P' on the binding member 1' side of the anti-slip member 5, which is the part closest to the cut separation end on the side of the tire ground contact area, is connected to the binding member 1.
It may be smaller than the side binding pitch P. When installing the present invention on wheel A, the second to third
As shown in the figure, the binding members 1 ,
1', and then engage the hook 2 and the hook ring 2' at both ends of the binding members 1 and 1', and the hook 3 and the hook ring 3' at the upper side of the wheel A, respectively, as shown in the fourth figure. A plurality of anti-slip members in which the binding members 1, 1' are annular, the binding member 1 is located at a mounting site inside the wheel A, and both ends are tied to the binding members 1, 1'. 5 so that it can be placed over the tread C of the tire B, and in this state, engage the hook ring 4 and the hook 4' at the cut and separated end of the binding member 1' located on the outside of the wheel A as shown in Figure 5. By appropriately binding the binding member 1', the binding member 1' and the binding member 1 located inside the wheel A can be sufficiently tightened, and the anti-slip member 5 can be reliably attached to the wheel A. It is something. When removing the binding member 1', the tightened state of the binding member 1' is loosened, and each hook and hook ring are disengaged, so that the binding member 1, 1' is returned to the state shown in the 2nd and 3rd figures, and the wheel is easily moved. This can be removed from A. The present invention is used as described above, but in particular, in the present invention, the cable located inside the wheel is formed in advance to have the same length as the circumference of the tire at the mounting site, or to be slightly longer. The cables located on the inside of the wheel can be easily attached by providing a margin when attaching them to the tire, which was previously thought to be troublesome, and the cables located on the outside of the wheel can be easily attached. By forming the length from the cut separation end to the engagement end to be shorter than the length from the engagement end of the inner cable corresponding to the cable to the ground contact area of the tire, a sufficient tightening margin can be obtained. , this is secured to the other freely tightenable cut-off end and tightened sufficiently, and each cable located on the inner and outer side of the wheel is sufficiently tightened to attach the new tire to the tire. This can be done reliably with any type of tire, and the inner and outer cables can be tightened equally, so if excessive force is applied while driving, the inner and outer cables can be tightened evenly. As a result, it is not only possible to prevent the tensile force from concentrating only on the inner cables and cutting or damaging them as in the conventional method, but also to prevent slipping. The end of the anti-slip member is never installed with the end protruding inside the wheel, and the anti-slip device can be installed correctly. As a result, the end of the anti-slip member or There is no fear that the cables or the like will be caught on vehicle members located inside the wheels and damaged, and there is an effect that safe driving can be achieved.
