が必要となる製作工数を多くし、又、その交換作
業も締付けねじを完全に取り除き、その後、位置
決めピンから裏刃、替刃の順で抜き取り交換しな
ければならない面倒で手間がかかり、又、位置決
めピンに替刃と裏刃を嵌装して、替刃と裏刃の位
置を決めているので替刃の切刃先端と裏刃先端の
間隔トすなわち裏刃距離は一定となり、加工木材
に材質、切削の程度に応じたその後の間隔変更は
できないため、切削材料はおのずと限定される利
用分野の狭いものである等の欠点を持つている。

その傾斜面21に分離可能に締付ボルト23を介
して挟圧固定した替刃押え板24を設けている、
さらに替刃押え板24の挟圧が働く傾斜面21の
傾斜上端面には送材案内面2と連通する替刃嵌込
溝25を設け、送材案内面2側より替刃を替刃嵌
込溝25に嵌める如くしている。その溝25内の
下部には替刃の逃げ面28が当接する替刃位置決
めストツパー面26が設けてある、そして上下に
切刃を備え左右対称構造で、その縦断面形状は台
形からなる替刃27を、180度回転させて他方の
切刃を使用できる様にしている、そして両刃式の

縁が接触する附近は切欠溝29を設けて接触しな
い様にしてあり、さらには替刃押え板24側の替
刃27の刃先縁が接触する附近にも切欠溝30を
設けて接触しない様にしてある(第4図参照)。

させて位置決めができるものである。又、位置決
めストツパー面26の面は替刃の刃先縁が当接す
る附近は切欠溝を設けて接触しない様にしたので
刃先縁の損傷はまつたくない。

圧固定する替刃押え板24を設け、さらに替刃押
え板24の挟圧が働く傾斜面21上端面に送材案
内面2と連通する替刃嵌込溝25を備え、送材案
内面2側より替刃を替刃嵌込溝25に嵌める如く
すると共に、その該溝25内の下部に替刃の逃げ
面28が当接する替刃位置決めストツパー面26
を設け、該ストツパー面26の替刃刃先縁が位置
する附近を切欠き替刃刃先縁を非接触状態に位置
させ、該刃先縁の損傷をなくした事を特徴とする
替刃式木工用超仕上鉋盤。
