Abstract

PURPOSE:To supply a synthetic resin sheet, in a condition that it is softened, to the next process by moving a transfer conveyer itself, in a condition that the softened synthetic resin sheet is loaded on the transfer conveyer, to a device in the next process thereafter resetting the transfer conveyer to the original position being matched with a feed speed of this conveyer. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of synthetic resin sheet 3 is extruded from a stocker 2 by a pusher 1, loaded on a transfer conveyer 4 and interposed between upper and lower part electrodes 51, 52 lowered as shown by a dotted line, and the sheet is heated to a predetermined temperature and softened by applying a high frequency under this condition. The transfer conveyer 4 itself, when heating is finished, is advanced and moved in a molding device 6 as shown by a one-dot chain line 4, and the conveyer 4 itself is retracted and reset to the original position at a speed equal to the speed of feeding the sheet 3 while feeding it by driving the conveyer 4. 工程の装置に残すことを特徴とする合成樹脂シートの供
給方法である。

シートの供給方法であるから、合成樹脂シートを軟化し
た状態でスムーズに成形装置等の次工程に供給すること
ができるばかりでなく、次工程に受は取り装置が不要で
ある、加熱軟化したシートの変形が少ない、等の優れた
効果を奏する。
