上げ、当該すくい上げによって形成されたコイルと結束
バンドとの隙間に前記バンド切断刃の移動外刃と移動押
え刃を挿入し、前記バンド切断刃の移動外刃と固定内刃
によって結束バンドを切断することを特徴とする薄板コ
