置を必要とし、装置自体も大型化し、且つ多工程
を経るため連続操作による大量生産体勢として必
ずしも満足すべき結果を得ない。

構成を採つてなるため、従来から一般に用いられ
ている平坦下での補強テープ、底ゴム等のゴム貼
り工程が省略され、且つこのゴムは湿潤ラテツク
ス・ゲル化を用いるため加圧加硫缶を必要とせ
ず、装置も簡略化される(感熱凝固浸漬槽、型押
の押圧機、乾燥炉だけを備えればよい)。しかも
この履物のゴム底は浸漬のゴム被膜と型押で底部
及び補強テープ部を連続構成としてなるため、極
めて竪牢な製品となる。更に、本考案は湿潤ラテ
ツクス・ゲル化のゴム被膜使用のため多色も可能
となり、且つ未加硫ゴムシートを接着剤塗布後に
貼ることも出来、付加価値の高い履物を提供し得
る。勿輪、この履物は、図示の如き運動靴を初め
とし、ブーツ、長靴、田植足袋等の各種履物に応
用し得る等の実用的効果を奏する。
