Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 排気可能な容器から成るガス状同位体混合物
    の分離装置であつて、前記容器が電磁放射線を透
    過させる窓状の入口、同位体混合物および添加ガ
    スを導入するための接続口並びに分離された成分
    を排出するための接続口を備えており、前記容器
    内部において電磁放射線の伝搬路の片側に同位体
    混合物のガス流を形成するためのスリツト状に形
    成されたノズルが設けられ、電磁放射線の伝搬路
    の反対側に同位体混合物の分離された成分に対す
    る収集装置が設けられているようなガス状同位体
    混合物の分離装置において、前記ノズル28にそ
    れに向かつて同様にスリツト状に形成されている
    ガス案内体21が前置接続され、このガス室内体
    21のスリツトが電磁放射線の伝搬方向に対して
    値角に延びる壁22によつて分割されて、ガス状
    同位体混合物に対する多数の単位ノズルが形成さ
    れ、この単位ノズルに対応する個数の収集装置4
    ,5が設けられていることを特徴とするガス状同
    位体混合物の分離装置。 2 単位ノズル2の上側および下側にそれぞれ、
    ガス案内体21のノズル28に対する位置を調整
    するために使用し且つ不活性ガスあるいは不活性
    ガス混合物に対する狭い出口を形成する間隔片2
    3が設けられ、不活性ガスあるいは不活性ガス混
    合物の出口用の間隔片23が単位ノズル2用の壁
    22と交互に配置され、間隔片23によつて形成
    された出口が不活性ガスあるいは不活性ガス混合
    物の供給室25に接続されていることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。
