１図図示モータ蓋板に装着される各部品の斜視図
、第３図は本考案の一実施例におけるモータ蓋板
の内装図、第４図は本考案の他の一実施例におけ
るモータ蓋板の内装図、第５図は本考案に適用さ
れる挟着部材の他の一実施例を説明するための斜
視図、第６図は本考案の前提となる周知の一般的
な小型モータの構成図、第７図は正特性サーミス
タによる過熱防止機能を説明するための説明図を
示す。 図中、１はモータ蓋板、２は端子ホールダ、３
は突出端子挿入孔、４はサーミスタ収容部、５は
ブラシアームホールダ、６はブラシアーム嵌合溝
、７は連結部材収容部、８はハーネス挿入孔、９
は軸受保持部、１０は正特性サーミスタ、１１お
よび１７は第１の挟着部材、１２および１８は第
２の挟着部材、１１―１，１２―１，１７―１お
よび１８―１は弾性接触部、１１―２，１２―２
，１７―２および１８―２はスリツト部、１３は
ブラシアーム、１４は突出端子、１５は内部端子
、１４―１および１５―１は嵌合係止部、１４―
２および１５―２は端子部、１６は連結部材を表
す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 界磁形成用の永久磁石を有する固定子と回転子
    コアに複数個の回転子巻線が巻回されてなる回転
    子とをそなえ、モータ蓋板内に支持された給電用
    のブラシに摺動接触するコミテータを介して上記
    回転子巻線に電流を供給するよう構成されると共
    に、上記回転子巻線に対する電流を制御する正特
    性サーミスタをそなえた小型モータにおいて、 上記モータ蓋板は端子を保持する一対の端子ホ
    ールダをそなえると共に、 上記モータ蓋板内に、 導電性材料からなりかつ上記端子ホールダに嵌
    合係止される嵌合係止部を有する一対の端子と、
    導電性材料からなる一対のブラシアームと、 一方の上記ブラシアームと一方の上記端子とに
    弾性的に接触するよう配設されて当該ブラシアー
    ムと端子とを電気的に接続する連結部材と、 他方の上記ブラシアームと弾性的に接触するよ
    う配設されて当該ブラシアームと電気的に接続さ
    れる第１の挟着部材と、 他方の上記端子と弾性的に接触するよう配設さ
    れて当該端子と電気的に接続される第２の挟着部
    材とをそなえ、 上記第１の挟着部材と第２の挟着部材との間に
    正特性サーミスタが挟着保持されるよう構成され
    ていることを特徴とする正特性サーミスタをそな
    えた小型モータ。
