られるも、かかる装置及び方法は一応の目的を達
成する効果はあるが、何れもタイルが単層且つ粉
粉ますの動作が1方向の為、1方向における粉体
原料の均一充填は出来るとしても、全方向に対し
ては完全を期すことは出来なかつた。

ない製品を製造することが出来、又原料充填装置
1,1a…を複数回作動せしめれば粉ます17,
17aを交換すること無く多層タイルの製造も可
能となるのであり、又プレス成形装置2と粉ます
17,17a…とは直接接触していない為プレス
成形装置2の金型枠6の耐久力が向上するのであ
り、又シヤツタープレート16,16a…を介し
て粉体原料Mを充填する為に粉体原料Mが混合す
ること無く、且つ粉ます17,17a…内の粉体
原料Mの重みによる層T,T1…の乱れが無く大
型のタイルでも均一な薄い層T,T1…が出来る
のであり、又残留原料回収用シユート3及び粉ま
す装置11,11a…に残留原料掻板20,20
a…を取付けている為、夫々の粉ます17,17
a…の粉体原料Mが混合すること無く回収出来る
為、粉体原料Mを再使用出来るのである。
