FIG. 2 shows the start of rotation of the motor or the dewatering tank. A is a time when normal dehydration is being performed, and after a certain period of time T has elapsed, the rotation speed of the motor or the dehydration tank reaches the saturation rotation speed S. B is a time when the motor is overloaded due to an abnormality in the dehydration tank, and the saturation rotation speed S has not been reached even after a certain period of time T has elapsed, and the rotation speed has fluctuated above and below N.
M is the rotational speed (reference rotational speed) at the maximum allowable load of the motor, and when the rotational speed does not reach M after a certain period of time T has elapsed, the dewatering control device of the present invention is activated.

FIG. 3 shows a specific circuit example of the rotation detecting section 8, the signal converting section 9, and the notifying section 10. 11 is a detection metal piece attached to the motor or the dehydration tank, and 12 is a proximity switch. When the motor or dehydration tank rotates once, a pulse voltage is generated at the output of the proximity switch 12, and the number of revolutions of the motor or dehydration tank is detected by the number of pulse voltages per unit time (pulse frequency). The signal converter 9 includes an f-V converter circuit 13 and a voltage comparator circuit 14. The frequency output of the proximity switch 12 is converted into a voltage signal by the f-V converter circuit 13, and the voltage signal is sent to the + terminal of the voltage comparator circuit 14. applied. A reference voltage is applied to the - terminal of the voltage comparison circuit 14, and the input voltage applied to the + terminal is compared with this. Now, when the rotation speed of the motor or dehydration tank is converted into a voltage signal by the f-V conversion circuit 13 and applied to the voltage comparison circuit 14, the output of the voltage comparison circuit 14 is determined by the rotation speed of the motor or dehydration tank. Low level when lower than standard rotation speed M;
By setting the voltage level to be high when it is higher than M, the voltage level of the input terminal Ai of the operation control section 3 can be changed. On the other hand, the operation control unit 3 measures the time from the start of the dehydration operation until the voltage level of the input terminal Ai changes, and even after a certain period of time T has elapsed, the voltage level of the input terminal Ai does not change. When there is not, that is, when the rotation speed of the motor or dehydration tank does not reach the reference rotation speed M, the notification unit 1
0 switching transistor 15 is turned on and a buzzer 16 notifies this. In the above embodiment, the rotation speed in the rotation detection section 8 is detected by the detection metal piece 11 and the proximity switch 12, but other means include a method using a magnet and a Hall IC or a reed switch, or a tachometer generator. There are ways to use .

As described above, the present invention detects the rotation speed of the spin-drying tank into which laundry is placed, and controls the spin-drying operation to be stopped when the rotation speed does not reach a predetermined rotation speed within a certain period of time. This is a dehydration control device for a washer dehydrator, which is characterized by displaying or notifying the dehydration tank, and which stops the dehydration operation and issues an alarm when an abnormal load occurs in the dehydration tank to prevent accidents caused by motor overload. It has an excellent effect of preventing the occurrence of.
