【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ダイカスト機とルツボの間にフレームを装着し
、このフレームに回転自在に装着した駆動軸を中
心に回転する上部アーム、補助アーム、下部アー
ム、ラドル支持アームによつて形成する四辺形リ
ンク機構を設けたダイカスト機の給湯装置におい
て、 前記駆動軸の一部に設けたボス部に板状アーム
を取付け、この板状アームに対しラドルの傾動角
度を設定するためフレームに固着した支持部材に
進退移動可能に装着されたストツパを対向配置し
、前記ストツパに板状アームと当接してその変位
量の検出を行う変位検出手段を併設し、前記ラド
ルの反転ないしは回転停止位置を調節するよう構
成すると共に、 ラドルの容量形格を設定するラドル形格設定器
と、 鋳造製品の容量に応じて決定される給湯量を設
定する給湯量設定器と、 前記ラドル形格設定器に設定されたデータに基
づきこれに対応するラドルについての給湯容量と
ラドルの傾動角度を規定するストツパの変位の対
比データとを予め記憶したラドルメモリと、 前記ラドル形格設定器により所定のラドルを設
定することにより対応する前記ラドルメモリを指
定するメモリ指示器と、 前記メモリ指示器によつて指示されたラドルメ
モリに記憶されたデータと前記給湯量設定器に設
定された給湯量のデータとから前記ストツパの変
位すなわち注湯ストローク量を読出す注湯ストロ
ーク読出し器と、 前記注湯ストローク読出し器で読出されたスト
ツパの変位に対し前記変位検出手段で検出された
変位量をフイードバツクしてストツパを所定の変
位となるよう位置決め制御を行う比較演算器とを
設けることを特徴とするダイカスト機の給湯量設
定装置。
