Claims (11)
- (1)下記一般式( I )からなる抗ウィルス性免疫刺
激性塩化合物: R−COO−AH^+( I ) (式中、Rは、少なくとも2つの2重結合を有するC_
1_9_〜_2_4のアルキル基;Aは、生活体中に存
在するアミノ酸又はその誘導体であって、C_1_〜_
4のアルキル基、アミノ基又はアルカリ金属カチオンに
よって置換されたカルボキシル基を有するもの)。 - (2)酸成分として、エイコサペンタエン酸(EPA)
、塩基成分として、L−リシンを含む請求項(1)記載
の塩化合物。 - (3)酸成分として、ドコサヘキサエン酸(DHA)、
塩基成分として、L−リシンを含む請求項(1)記載の
塩化合物。 - (4)酸成分として、ドコサヘキサエン酸及びエイコサ
ペンタエン酸の混合物、塩基成分として、L−リシンを
含む請求項(1)記載の塩化合物。 - (5)請求項(1)記載の一般式( I )の塩化合物と
、薬剤分野で一般に使用されている担体又は添加剤と、
さらに適宜抗酸化剤とを含む混合物からなる抗ウィルス
性免疫刺激性薬剤組成物。 - (6)下記一般式( I )の塩化合物: R−COO−AH^+( I ) (式中、R及びAは請求項(1)と同様) の製造方法であって、塩基成分として、アミノ酸(但し

媒中で反応させることを特徴とする製造方法。 - (7)エイコサペンタエン酸を、L−リシンと反応させ
ることを特徴とする請求項(6)記載の製造方法。 - (8)ドコサヘキサエン酸とL−リシンとを反応させる
ことを特徴とする請求項(6)記載の製造方法。 - (9)ドコサヘキサエン酸とエイコサペンタエン酸との
混合物を、L−リシンと反応させることを特徴とする請
求項(6)記載の製造方法。 - (10)請求項(6)記載の方法によりつくられた一般
式( I )の塩化合物を、薬剤分野で一般に使用されて
いる担体又は補助剤と、さらに適宜抗酸化剤と混合し、
この得られた混合物を、錠剤、糖衣錠、カプセル、坐薬
等の形態に製剤することを特徴とする抗ウィルス作用、
免疫刺激作用を有する薬剤組成物の製造方法。 - (11)請求項(1)記載の一般式( I )の塩を、抗
ウィルス作用及び免疫刺激作用を有する薬剤組成物のた
めに使用することを特徴とする薬剤組成物の製造方法。
