However, in such a conventional extrusion molding manufacturing method, since the metal foil 12 is thin, the core material 2 is deformed 14 as shown in FIG.
Otherwise, there was a problem that scratches 15 were generated and the appearance was spoiled. The causes of these deformations 14 are:
Twisting, warping, waving during roll molding, curvature during extrusion molding, etc., made it impossible to obtain the desired appearance and only resulted in a molding that had a strange and unnatural appearance. Also, the cause of wound 15 is:
There are scratches and the like during roll forming, transport, and extrusion, and these are visible through the transparent resin layer 3. In addition, since the metal foil 12 is thin, there is also the problem that it falls off the roll during roll forming.

In the manufacturing method, a metal foil 12 wound into a coil is continuously fed out from a metal foil supply stand 5, a transparent resin sheet 17 wound into a coil is drawn out from a resin sheet feeder 16 in the same way, and a pressure roll 1 is fed out.
8, the transparent resin sheet 17 is bonded to at least the surface that will become the outer surface 4 of the metal foil 12 so as not to peel off or shift, thereby forming a composite laminate material 19. The transparent resin sheet 17 is made of a resin that is compatible with the transparent resin to be extruded (including similar shapes such as films and tapes), and is attached to the metal foil 12 by known means such as welding or adhesion.

A roll-formed material 20 having a structure in which a transparent resin sheet 17 is attached to the outer surface 4 side of the core material 2 is formed. Then, the roll-formed material 20 is supplied to the extrusion mold 8 to extrude the transparent resin, and the entire circumference of the roll-formed material 20 is covered with the transparent resin layer 3. As shown in FIG. 7, the transparent resin sheet 17 becomes molten due to the heat of the extruded transparent resin, and the two eventually form an integral transparent resin layer 3.

The extruded material 13 is cooled in a cooling water tank 9 and cut by a cutter 11 to obtain a molding 1. The cross-sectional shape of the molding 1 is as shown in FIG. 1, and since the transparent resin sheet 17 is attached, roll molding or extrusion molding into a predetermined shape is performed.
Even if scratches occur on the transparent resin sheet 17 during molding, the scratches disappear and become invisible due to melting and integration with the extruded transparent resin, resulting in an excellent appearance.

As explained above, according to this invention,
A transparent resin sheet that is compatible with the transparent resin to be extruded is bonded to at least the outer surface of the metal foil to form a composite laminate, which is roll-formed, and then a transparent resin is extruded around it by extrusion molding. Since it is configured to form a transparent resin layer that is coated, melted, and integrated, the following effects can be obtained.

Adhering a transparent resin sheet gives the metal foil rigidity, which allows sufficient pressure to be applied during roll forming, making it easier to achieve cross-sectional accuracy and preventing falling off from the roll, twisting, warping, and waving of the molded product. It can be prevented.
