パネル3に変形しなから当接して車内外を密閉封止する
ようにしている。

ればならないので、該ドアウェザ−ストリップ2の製作
時に余分な工数を必要としてコストアップを招来してし
まうという難点を有している。

提供することを目的とするものである。

からの強放水に対しても該ドアウェザ−ストリップが強
いシール性を発揮し、車室内へ水分が洩れることがなく
、しかもドア間柱も良好に保たれるという作用がもたら
される。

ップの過度な変形を防止する硬質部材を配置した構成に
したので、以下に記す作用効果がもたらされる。即ちド
アを閉止した際には、ドアウェザ−ストリップを構成す
る前記中空シールリップが車体側パネルに当接して車内
外を気密封止下にシールするとともに、車外からの強放
水によって該中空シールリップに大きな圧力がかかった
場合にあっても、前記硬質部材の剛性によって該中空シ
ールリップに過度な変形が生じることがなくなり、シー
ル性を良好に保持することができる。
