    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁気を電気出力に変換する磁気センサ５が固定
    されている磁気検出部２とともに移動する可動テ
    ーブル４に貫通させたガイドをかねたガイドシヤ
    フト３′として高保持力の強磁性材６の間に非磁
    性材７を挾着積層した棒状磁性材の長手方向にお
    ける前記強磁性材６の、前記磁気センサ５と対向
    する面を平坦面化しこの面に等間隔の磁極を交互
    に磁化した磁気スケール１を具備してなる磁気リ
    ニアスケール装置。
