Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 磁気検出素子を可動部または固定部のいずれ
か一方に備え、永久磁石を他方に備えた位置検出
器において、前記永久磁石を両磁極の方向が移動
方向に対し直角になるように配置し、両磁極の中
間の位置で、かつ非磁性板に垂直な平面上に前記
感磁面を配置し、前記非磁性板を感磁面と平行な
方向に前記磁気検出素子と相対的に位置を変化し
うるようにした位置検出器。 ２ 前記磁気検出素子の感磁面と垂直に設けられ
た非磁性板上に二つの前記永久磁石を磁極面が異
極になるように適宜間隔離して固定した請求項１
記載の位置検出器。 ３ 前記永久磁石にネオジウム、鉄、硼素系の磁
石を使用した請求項１または２記載の位置検出器
。
