- 非磁性材料のシヤフトに、磁極が交互に反転し
等間隔で配列された領域を持つた高保持力の磁性
材料を、一体化した磁気スケールが、被測定体の
可動テーブルのガイドシヤフトを兼用している磁
気リニアスケール装置において、特徴として前記
磁気スケールの磁気検出センサと対向している前
記磁性材料の領域を、平面としたことを特徴とす
る磁気リニアスケール装置。
