Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、金属又はプラスチック又は金属プラスチック
フィルムから成る平らな又は特殊な形の蓋部を載せかつ
密閉結合するために、縁フランジを有するシェル状又は
コップ状の下部が設けられており、金属又はプラスチッ
ク又は金属プラスチックフィルムから成る、流入及び／
又は注入可能な充てん物用の開き易い包装体に関する。
従来の技術 このような包装体（・工、乳飲料等のような注入可能な
充てん物のためにも種々の構成で周知である。
下部は、フイルムによりコップ状又はボール状に形成さ
れており、かつ特に接着、溶接又は冷間又は熱間シール
により蓋部に密に結合される縁フランジＺ有する。同様
に蓋部は、プラスチック、金属又はアルミニウムフイル
ム又はプラスチック金属フイルム等のようなフイルムか
ら構成されている。一般に密閉結合は、蓋部に一体に形
成されたつかみ片によりはがすことができろようになっ
ているので、下部の開口の断面を露出するために、蓋部
を形成するフイルムは縁フランジからはがすことができ
ろ。
このような包装体は、通常結合部の引裂き又（佳はがし
抵抗が大きくなりすぎるので、強度と密閉度に対する要
求に関して結合部を最適に構成でぎないという欠点を有
する。しかし実際にはこのはがし抵抗は、いぜんとして
包装体乞開くことがしばしば困難である程大ぎい。それ
により子供又は女性にはそもそも包装体Ｙｆｆちんと開
くことができない場合がある。しかも特にはがし過程の
始め又は最敢に蓋フイルムの引裂きによって衝撃的な運
動乞伴なうことがあり、それにより流入又は注入可能な
充てん物の一部が飛散しまたはこぼれてしまう。
発明の目的 本発明の課題は、前記の欠点が生じないように、かつ包
装冫開くために子供及び女性にも簡単かつ確実に取扱い
かで＠ろように、初めに述べたような開き易い包装体を
改善することにある。
発明の構成 この課題は次のようにして解決されろ。すなわち蓋部が
シール線内に区切られた範囲の弱体化線及びつかみ片を
有し、このつかみ片が、接着、溶接又はシールにより弱
体化線によって区切られた蓋範囲に固定的に固着して取
付けられていろ。
例えばアルミニウムのような金属とプラスチックから成
る複合フイルムの場合、弱体化＠は金属フイルムの上側
刻み目によって形成でさる。有利にはアングル状になっ
た弱体化線は、平ら又は特殊な形の蓋部の所望の位置に
容易に取付けることができろ。弱体化線乞破断した際、
蓋部に開口が生じ、それにより充てん物の注出が容易に
なる。
このことは、容器輪郭に対する弱体化線を特別に配置す
ることによりさらに助長できろ。
つかみ片は、簡単に別個に製造でき、かつ溶接、接着又
はシールにより弱体化線で囲まれた範囲に取付けろこと
ができろ。面積を極めて限定しあらかじめ弱体化した線
Ｚ破断ずるだけでよいので、開くことは極めて容易であ
る。このことは、つかみ片自体の構成によりかつその取
伺けの位置によりさらに助長できろ。
請求項４記載の変形によれば、開き過程は実際に弱体化
線により決められた範囲に確実に限定されており、かつ
蓋部は考慮した以上に引裂かれろことはない。閉じたア
ングル状弱体化線にもかかわらず、請求項５記載の変形
によれば、それにより区切られた引裂き部及びつかみ片
は、粉失することなく蓋部に結合されたままにすること
かでさる。
実施例 本発明の実施例を以下図面によって詳細に説明する。
第１図及び第２図に示す包装体は、コップ状下部９５と
平らな蓋部９６から成る。蓋部（・工所望の程度に特殊
形に形成してもよい。下部９５は長方形又は正方形輪郭
として図示してある。貯蔵．及び運搬のために四角形が
有利とわかっているが、明らかに丸い輪郭になっていて
もよい。
下部９５はプラスチックフィルムから製造できろ。この
下部は折曲げた縁フランジ９７乞有し、この縁フランジ
に沿って蓋部９６は下部に気密かつ固定的に結合されて
いろ。
側壁において開口縁の近くに下部９５は注き口状又は突
起状の湾曲部９８ヲ有し、この湾曲部には縁フランジ及
びシール線も追従していろ。アングル状に突出して注き
口範囲乞肴う蓋部９６の部分にアングル状弱体化線１０
１が設けられており、この弱体化線は、注き口に続く縁
フランジの範囲の近くに配置されている。弱体化線１０
１によって囲まれた範囲に接着又はシール１００により
、その他に特別の部分から作られたつかみ片９９０部分
が永続的に取伺けられていろ。つかみ片部分９９は容易
につかみかつ持上げることができ、かつそれによりアン
グル状弱体化線１０１によって区切られた範囲が、注き
口９８の範囲に注出開口７開いて露出できる。引裂き範
囲とつかみ片９９は、アングル状弱体化線の自由端夕互
いに結ぶ折曲げ線を介して蓋部９６に結合されている。
配置は、下部が注き口状湾曲部９８暑持たない容器にも
同程度に適用できる。この場合四角形輪郭の際に、蓋部
９６の角の範囲に整合した弱体化線１０１ａ’｛Ｊ配置
し、かつ前記のようにこの弱体化線につかみ片９９　ａ
乞例属させろことは有利であろ。
充てん物及び／又は蓋フイルムの種類と憔質に応じて、
第３図による弱俸化線］０１は、異なった長さの脚部及
びこれら脚部の間で異なった大ぎさの角度を有すること
ができろ。脚部間の開き角は５０°〜１０５°にすると
有利である。
第４図及び第５図による構成では蓋フイルム１０２に、
三角形の弱体化線１０４により閉じた引裂き範囲が区切
られていろ。この弱体化線は湾曲部９８に付属していて
もよく、又は蓋部１０２の角に設けてもよい。図示した
例において引裂き範囲は、片側にずらして蓋部のＩＩＩ
縁の近くに寄せられている。引裂き範囲の１つの辺は曲
げ線として形成してもよい。折曲げたつかみ片１０３は
、引裂ぎ範囲７覆って、接着又はシールにより蓋部１０
２の上側に取付けられている。その際つかみ片１０３は
熱間シール可能な材料から構成でさ、又は多層フイルム
の場合、このような熱間シール可能な層乞有することが
できる。同じことは、図示した例においてアルミニウム
フイルム１０５と熱間シールｉ　１０６から成る蓋部］
０２にもあてはまり、それにより蓋部は、熱間シールに
より図示していない下部の縁フランジに永続的に取付け
ることができろ。
三角形引裂き範囲は、第５図による断面図に刻み目線１
０４によって略示されている。つかみ片と蓋部】０２の
間の結合部が２つの範囲１０７及び１０８７含むことは
明らかであり、これら範囲は互いに移行していてもよい
。範囲１０８は、三角形弱体化線】０４ａによって区切
られた引裂き範囲１０４につかみ片ン結合していろ。結
合範囲１０７は引裂ぎ範囲１０４の外にあり、かつつか
み片の部分１０３　ｂ　乞介して一方において引裂き範
囲及び他方においてつかみ片乞紛失することのないよう
に蓋部１０２に結合している。
範囲１０７により両方の部分間の永続的な結合が行われ
るだけでなく、同時に近くにある刻み目線部分１０４ａ
’ｆ越えてそれぞれそれ以上の引裂きが行われないよう
に阻止部が得られろ。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）金属又はプラスチック又は金属プラスチックフィ
    ルムから成る平らな又は特殊な形の蓋部を載せかつ密閉
    結合するために、縁フランジを有するシェル状又はコッ
    プ状の下部が設けられており、金属又はプラスチック又
    は金属プラスチックフィルムから成る、流入及び／又は
    注入可能な充てん物用の開き易い包装体において、 蓋部（９６）がシール線（９７）内に区切られた範囲の
    弱体化線（１０１）及びつかみ片（９９）を有し、この
    つかみ片が、接着、溶接又はシールにより弱体化線（１
    ０１）によつて区切られた蓋範囲に固定的に固着して取
    付けられていることを特徴とする、注入可能な充てん物
    用の開き易い包装体。
  2. （２）弱体化線（１０１ａ）がアングル状に形成されて
    おり、かつ多角形輪郭の蓋部（９６）の角の範囲に配置
    されている、請求項１記載の包装体。
  3. （３）弱体化線（１０１）がシール線（９７）の外方へ
    突出した範囲に配置されており、かつ経路がこの範囲に
    合わされており、その際シール線が、下部（９５）の壁
    の注き口状湾曲部（９８）に追従している、請求項１記
    載の包装体。
  4. （４）弱体化線が、特に三角形輪郭の閉じた弱体化線（
    １０４）になるように補充されている、請求項１〜３の
    １つに記載の包装体。
  5. （５）つかみ片（１０３）と弱体化線（１０４ａ）によ
    つて囲まれた蓋部（１０２）の範囲との間の溶接、接着
    又はシール範囲（１０７、１０８）が、弱体化線の輪郭
    を越えて片側に延びている、請求項４記載の包装体。
  6. （６）押込み範囲の閉じた境界線（１０４）の直線部分
    が曲げ線として形成されている、請求項４又は５記載の
    包装体。
