Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the using efficiency as the whole of an equipment by a method wherein an oil supply system for an oil type of which using frequency is least is independently provided, and it is made possible to supply an oil by an oil supply system of which using frequency is secondly least simultaneously at any of oil supply areas the same as an oil supply system of which using frequency is highest. CONSTITUTION:On one oil supply machine, two oil supply systems for regular gasoline and two oil supply systems for high-octane gasoline are installed while sharing indicators 10a, 10b and a control unit. Also, one independent oil supply system for light oil is installed in the oil supply machine, and in front of and behind the oil supply machine 5, oil supply areas A, B are respectively formed. The oil supply system for light oil, of which using frequency is small, is arranged on the side of the oil supply machine 5 so that the oil supply of light oil is possible either at the oil supply area A or B. Also, the oil supply system for high-octane gasoline, of which using frequency is higher than that of light oil, and the oil supply system for regular gasoline, of which using frequency is highest, are arranged on the front and rear surfaces of the oil supply machine 5 respectively by one system each.

There is a device shown in Publication No. 67297, which can refuel three types of oil: regular gasoline, high octane gasoline, and diesel oil with one refueling machine, and the front and back of the case have markings for each oil type. 3 refueling hoses total 6
A refueling mechanism consisting of a refueling motor, a refueling pump, a flow rate pulse transmitter, a flow meter, etc. is installed in the case to correspond to each refueling hose, and is installed at the front and rear of the support that forms part of the refueling machine case. Each side is equipped with an indicator that is shared by three sets of lubrication systems, one for the front and one for the rear.

Since these refueling mechanisms are built into the refueling device, the operating rate of these refueling functions is low and the entire refueling device is not used effectively.

Furthermore, since the display meter is shared by three refueling systems, the number of vehicles that can be refueled in the refueling area formed at the front or rear of the refueling machine is only one each, and only one refueling system can be used simultaneously for the entire refueling system. There were only two refueling systems, and even though it was equipped with six refueling systems, they were not used efficiently.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional example, and to operate a refueling system for oils that are used less frequently in a refueling machine that handles all three types of oil, such as regular gasoline, high octane gasoline, and light oil. To provide an easy-to-use refueling device which can improve efficiency, reduce the number of refueling systems that share a display meter, increase the number of refueling systems that can be used simultaneously, and improve usage efficiency.

According to the present invention, for example, by providing one independent refueling system for the type of oil that is least frequently used, and by providing the refueling hose on the side of the refueling machine case, this refueling hose can be connected to the front and back of the refueling machine case. It can be used to refuel cars parked in any of the refueling areas formed in the area. Next, for the less frequently used refueling system, just like the most frequently used refueling system, two refueling hoses are installed on the front and rear surfaces of the refueling machine case, so that both refueling areas can be refueled at the same time. However, since the display meters can be used for different oil types on both the front and rear sides, the usage efficiency of the entire device is improved.

This is done by stopping at one of the locations B and moving the refueling hose 6C through the elongated hole 7 toward the refueling area on the stopped side, for example, in the direction of A. In this case, the on signal of the nozzle switch SW3 when the refueling nozzle 9 is removed from the nozzle hook 8 resets the indicators 10c and 10d on both the front and rear sides of the lower case 2 at the same time, and the pulse signal from the flow rate pulse transmitter 15c is reset. The refueling amount calculated by the control device 17b is displayed on both front and rear display meters 10c.

Therefore, when refueling with diesel fuel, all you have to do is park on the desired side of refueling area AB. In this case, for example, even if another car is refueling with regular gasoline or high-octane gasoline in refueling area A, you can park your car in the same refueling area A. It is possible to stop and refuel with light oil, and when refueling is performed on either side of refueling area A or B, refueling is performed using the same refueling hose 6C1, that is, the same refueling system.

As described above, in the refueling system of the present invention, the refueling system for the least frequently used oil such as light oil can be shared between two refueling areas. For oil types such as gasoline, even if one refueling system is installed in each of the two refueling areas, this refueling system indicator can be used to display the refueling system for the most frequently used oil type, such as regular gasoline. Since it is shared with the oil meter, the operating rate of the oil supply system as a whole can be improved.

Furthermore, since it is possible to refuel two vehicles at the same time in the same refueling area, it is possible to make effective use of the site and lead to increased sales.

A refueling pump connected to a refueling motor and a flow meter connected to a flow pulse transmitter are sequentially installed in the middle of a refueling pipe that communicates with the underground tank, and a refueling hose having a nozzle valve at the tip is connected to this refueling pipe, and a nozzle valve is also connected to the refueling pipe. In a refueling device equipped with a nozzle switch that issues an output signal when the oil is connected or removed, and a refueling amount indicator, five refueling systems handling three types of oil are incorporated, and five refueling hoses are connected to the front and rear surfaces of the refueling machine case, as well as to the left and right sides. Four of the five lubrication systems mentioned above handle two different types of oil each, and one shared indicator is installed on the front and rear sides of the tank case, and the remaining one handles two different types of oil. The two refueling systems are characterized by having one independent indicator on each of the front and rear surfaces of the refueling machine case.
