第１図は、本考案を自動車用サスペンシヨンブ
ツシユに適用したものの一具体例を示す横断面図
であり、第２図は、第１図における―断面図
である。第３図は、第１図に示されているサスペ
ンシヨンブツシユを構成する一体加硫成形品を示
す横断面図であり、第４図は、第３図における
―断面図であり、第５図は、第３図における
―断面図である。第６図は、第１図に示されて
いるサスペンシヨンブツシユを構成する金属スリ
ーブを示す横断面図であり、第７図は、第６図に
おける―断面図である。第８図は、第１図に
示されているサスペンシヨンブツシユを構成する
補強金具と緩衝ゴムブロツクとの一体加硫成形品
を示す断面図であつて、第９図における―断
面図であり、第９図は、第８図における―断
面図である。第１０図は、第１図に示されている
サスペンシヨンブツシユを構成する外筒金具を示
す縦断面図である。 １０：内筒金具、１２：外筒金具、１４：ゴム
弾性体、１８：金属スリーブ、２０：凹所、２２

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内筒金具と、該内筒金具の外側に所定距離
    を隔てて配された外筒金具とが、それらの間に介
    装されたゴム弾性体にて連結されると共に、それ
    ら内外筒金具間に、それぞれ所定の非圧縮性流体
    が封入された複数の流体室が、オリフイス通路に
    て相互に連通された状態で設けられてなる構造を
    有し、且つ前記ゴム弾性体の外周面上に金属スリ
    ーブが固着せしめられて、前記複数の流体室のう
    ちの少なくとも一つが、前記ゴム弾性体に設けら
    れた、該金属スリーブに形成された窓部を通じて
    外周面上に開口する凹所の開口を、該金属スリー
    ブに対する前記外筒金具の外嵌にて閉塞せしめる
    ことにより形成されてなる流体封入式筒型マウン
    ト組立体において、 前記金属スリーブに設けられた、前記凹所の開
    口部たる窓部に補強金具を配設せしめて、該補強
    金具を、かかる窓部の内周縁部分にて形成された
    支持部によつて、その外側面を前記外筒金具に当
    接支持された状態で、マウント周方向及び軸方向
    に移動不能に保持せしめると共に、該補強金具の
    内側面上に、前記流体室内に向かつてマウント径
    方向内方に所定高さで突出する緩衝ゴムブロツク
    を一体的に突出形成せしめて、振動荷重入力時に
    おける、前記内筒金具の前記外筒金具に対する相
    対的変位を、該緩衝ゴムブロツクに対する前記内
    筒金具の当接によつて規制し得るようにしたこと
    を特徴とする流体封入式筒型マウント組立体。 (2) 前記補強金具の外周縁部に、前記金属スリ
    ーブの支持部にて保持せしめられるフランジ部を
    設ける一方、該補強金具の中央部分に、前記外筒
    金具から離隔してマウント径方向内方に突出する
    内方突部を設けて、該内方突部に形成された凹所
    内に所定の弾性部材を収容配置せしめることによ
    り、かかる補強金具が、該弾性部材を介して、前
    記外筒金具に当接支持せしめられている請求項(1
    )記載の流体封入式筒型マウント組立体。 (3) 前記金属スリーブの軸方向中央部に周方向
    に延びる凹溝を形成せしめて、その開口を前記外
    筒金具にて閉塞せしめることにより、それら金属
    スリーブと外筒金具との間に流体流路を画成する
    と共に、該流体流路を、かかる金属スリーブを貫
    通して設けられた貫通孔を通じて、前記複数の異
    なる流体室にそれぞれ連通せしめることにより、
    前記オリフイス通路が形成せしめられている請求
    項(1)又は(2)記載の流体封入式筒型マウント組立
    体。 (4) 前記金属スリーブにおいて前記支持部を構
    成する前記窓部の内周縁部分のうち、マウント軸
    方向及び周方向の少なくとも何れか一方向に対向
    する部分を、マウント径方向内方に屈曲された所
    定幅で延びる段付部にて構成せしめ、前記補強金
    具の外周縁部を、該段付部内に入り込んだ状態で
    保持せしめてなる請求項(1)乃至(3)の何れかに記
    載の流体封入式筒型マウント組立体。 (5) 前記緩衝ゴムブロツクが配設された前記流
    体室内に、前記内筒金具に支持されることにより
    、マウント径方向外方に所定高さで突出して、か
    かる緩衝ゴムブロツクの突出端面に対して所定距
    離を隔てて対向位置せしめられるストツパブロツ
    クを配すると共に、該ストツパブロツクの突出端
    面上に、所定高さの緩衝ゴムを一体的に設けてな
    る請求項(1)乃至(4)の何れかに記載の流体封入式
    筒型マウント組立体。
