PURPOSE:To enable a driver to open a fuel filler port with a key inserted in a main switch and receive fuel filling remaining at his seat by providing the fuel filler port between a front cover and a leg shield and constructing the closable cap for the oil filler port in such a way as to release its lock by turning the inserted key. CONSTITUTION:A closable cap 15 is provided at the upper part of a front cover 2, a fuel filler port 7 is provided in a space, inside the cap 15, between the front cover 2 and a leg shield 3, and the closable cap 15 is constructed in such a way as to release its lock by turning a key inserted into a main switch.
