Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定物の配置部位の両側に、平行に一対のＸ
    軸方向ガイド部材が一方向（Ｘ軸方向）に配設さ
    れ、該両Ｘ軸方向ガイド部材の上部にＸ軸方向に
    平行移動可能にＹ軸方向ガイド部材が架設され、
    該Ｙ軸方向ガイド部材に延在方向（Ｙ軸方向）に
    沿つてＺ軸方向ガイド部材がスライド自在に配設
    され、該Ｚ軸方向ガイド部材に上下方向（Ｚ軸方
    向）にスライド自在にＺ軸方向スライド部材が設
    けられ、該Ｚ軸方向スライド部材の下端部に前記
    被測定物の表面に接触して該表面形状を測定する
    測定センサを設け、更に、前記Ｙ軸方向ガイド部
    材をＸ軸方向に、前記Ｚ軸方向ガイド部材をＹ軸
    方向に駆動装置によりそれぞれ駆動させて、前記
    測定センサを前記被測定物上を摺動させて、前記
    一対のＸ軸方向ガイド部材の一方を基準とし、こ
    の基準側のＸ軸方向ガイド部材における前記Ｙ軸
    方向ガイド部材のＸ軸方向移動距離をＸ軸移動位
    置検出手段にて検出すると共に、前記基準側から
    の前記Ｚ軸方向ガイド部材のＹ軸方向移動距離を
    Ｙ軸移動位置検出手段にて検出し、更に、前記測
    定センサにて前記被測定物表面のＺ軸方向への凹
    凸距離を検出し、前記Ｘ軸、Ｙ軸方向移動距離、
    並びに該凹凸距離を演算手段にて処理することに
    より前記被測定物の表面形状を検出する三次元測
    定機において、 前記Ｙ軸方向ガイド部材のＸ軸方向における移
    動方向を検知する移動方向検知手段を設け、前記
    Ｙ軸方向ガイド部材のＸ軸方向への前進又は後退
    時に前記Ｘ軸方向ガイド部材に対する各々の傾き
    角度を検出し、前記移動方向に対する傾き角度と
    Ｙ軸方向移動距離とを乗じてＸ軸補正距離を算出
    し、該Ｘ軸補正距離と前記Ｘ軸方向移動距離とを
    加算して実際のＸ軸方向移動距離を算出する補正
    手段を設け、該実際のＸ軸方向移動距離を前記演
    算手段に入力するようにしたことを特徴とする三
    次元測定機。
