    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁性材料で形成され且つ一端が固定され、加速
    度に応じて他端が変位する板ばね１０と、該板ば
    ね内を磁束が通るように磁界を発生させる手段１
    １と、前記板ばね１０の先端近傍に配置された磁
    気抵抗素子１３とより成り、前記板ばね１０から
    洩れる磁界の変化を磁気抵抗素子１３により検出
    して加速度を計測することを特徴とする加速度セ
    ンサ。
