Claims (1)
- ベースに回転自在に軸支され、モータによつて
駆動される丸刃と、該丸刃の刃先に対向して設け
られ肉塊の栽断厚さを調整する調節板とを有する
肉切機において、上記丸刃の刃先位置を検出する
検出手段を設け、上記丸刃の研磨時、該丸刃の半
径がその刃先と上記調節板の円弧部との関係位置
によつて決まる所定の使用限界値より小さくなつ
たとき、上記検出手段よりの出力信号により上記
モータへの給電を遮断する制御手段を設けたこと
を特徴とする肉切機の電源遮断機構。
