プレート4に組込まれており、このドアアウトサ
イドハンドル5の作動によりロツド7が上下動し
図外のドアロツク装置を作動させ開扉、閉扉を行
えるようになつている。また、エスカツシヨンプ
レート4は樹脂製であり、スタツドボルト9,9
及び図示せぬ差込みナツトを介してドアアウタパ
ネル2の開口10に設けた取付プレート11の孔
12,12に締付け固定されており、3はキーシ
リンダで、図示せぬキーにてキーレバー14を回
転操作させることができ、このキーレバー14の
動きがキーロツド15を介して図示せぬドアロツ
ク装置に伝達されドアロツクのON−OFFが為さ
れるようになつている。

部が見えて外観品質が損なわれるという不都合が
あり、又、内部に配設されたロツク装置と連結さ
れているロツド7、キーレバー14、キーロツド
15等の機構部品が見えてしまう場合には防盗上
の観点からも好ましいことではなかつた。

まれたドアアウトサイドハンドルを前記開口に固
定してなるドアアウトサイドハンドルの取付構造
に於いて、被覆部材のキーシリンダ取付け側の周
縁に、遮蔽兼係止部材を、被覆部材の裏面より突
出状態で延設し、しかもこの遮蔽兼係止部材の先
端部を、ドアアウタパネルの開口周縁に向けて曲
折させ、そして開口周縁を車内側に向けて曲折さ
せて形成した上記補強用の曲折部にこの先端部を
車内側から当接自在となるようにして臨ませるも
のとしている。

よりエスカツシヨンプレート4をドアアウタパネ
ル2に係止させ、ドアアウタパネル2とエスカツ
シヨンプレート4との間に〓間が発生するのを確
実に防止せんとするものであり、またたとえ微小
な〓間が生じてもエスカツシヨンプレート4から
一体に延設されたこの遮蔽兼係止部材19にてこ
の〓間を遮蔽し内部が見えないようにせんとする
ものである。また同時に、遮蔽兼係止部材19が
ドアアウタパネル2の開口10の周縁の補強用曲
折部16に当接するようにすることにより、エス
カツシヨンプレート4に働く車体外側への外力を
直接この剛性の大きい補強用曲折部16に伝える
ようにし、もしこのような遮蔽兼係止部材19が
ない場合には、前述の外力が取付けプレート11
のドアアウタパネル2への押当部位を介してドア
アウタパネル2へ伝わることにより、この余り剛
性の大きくない押当部位が凸つと飛び出すように
変形してしまうような現象を防止せんとするもの
である。
