Claims (1)
ータ外部ケーシングと、鋼板を絞り加工して前記
モータ外部ケーシングより小径の円筒カツプ状に
成形したモータ内部ケーシングと、鋼板を絞り加
工すると共に吸込口および吐出口を押抜き加工し
てこれらに吸込管および吐出管を溶接接合したポ
ンプケーシングと、前記モータ内部ケーシングを
密閉するためのプレス成形鋼板により構成した仕
切板とからなり、 モータ外部ケーシングとモータ内部ケーシング
との円筒間にモータステータを挾持させてこれを
固定配置し、モータ内部ケーシング内にモータロ
ータをこのモータロータの外形より若干大径の前
後一対のベアリングと共に収納し、ロータ軸を前
記ベアリングにそれぞれ軸止しその一端を前記仕
切板を貫通してポンプケーシング内に延在させて
これにインペラを結合するよう構成し、 外周部をロータキヤンで囲繞した前記モータロ
ータの両端部に断面皿形の環状体で構成したロー
タエンドカバープレートを設けてこれをロータキ
ヤンとモータロータ軸との間に嵌合固定し、 前記仕切板の一部にモータ内部ケーシング内へ
ポンプ取扱液の一部を導入するための通液孔を穿
設すると共に前後一対のベアリングにそれぞれ通
液孔を穿設し、ロータ軸の後端部に液溜室を設け
てこれをポンプケーシング内の一端部に開口して

口部に溶接接合すると共に前記モータ外部ケーシ
ングとモータ内部ケーシングとポンプケーシング
の各開口端縁部を一体的に溶接接合することを特
