Claims (1)
たモータ外部ケーシングと、鋼板を絞り加工して
前記モータ外部ケーシングより小径の円筒カツプ
状に成形したモータ内部ケーシングと、鋼板を絞
り加工すると共に吸込口および吐出口を押抜き加
工してこれらに吸込管および吐出管を溶接接合し
たポンプケーシングと、前記モータ内部ケーシン
グを密閉するためのプレス成形鋼板により構成し
た仕切板とからなり、 モータ外部ケーシングとモータ内部ケーシング
との円筒間にモータステータを挾持させてこれを
固定配置し、モータ内部ケーシング内にモータロ
ータをこのモータロータの外形より若干大径の前
後一対のベアリングと共に収納し、ロータ軸を前
記ベアリングにそれぞれ軸止しその一端を前記仕
切板を貫通してポンプケーシング内に延在させて
これにインペラを結合するよう構成し、 前記仕切板に円筒カツプ状のボス部を成形して
モータロータ軸を囲繞し、前記ボス部の一端側部
で前記ベアリングの一端部を弾力的に圧接固定す
るよう構成し、 さらに前記仕切板をモータ内部ケーシングの開
口部に溶接接合すると共に前記モータ外部ケーシ
ングとモータ内部ケーシングとポンプケーシング
の各開口端縁部を一体的に溶接接合することを特
徴とするキヤンドモータポンプ。 (2) 仕切板にはモータ内部ケーシング内に取扱
液の一部を導入するための通液孔を設け、モータ
ロータ軸に取扱液を排出するための貫通孔を設け
てなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のキヤ
ンドモータポンプ。 (3) 仕切板の通液孔にフイルタを設けてなる実
用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載のキヤンドモー
