D Means for solving the problem First configuration of the present invention to achieve the above object
The invention involves hooking a thread attached with adhesive to a pin at one end in the Y-axis direction of a lattice jig under constant tension,
The yarn is mechanically fed along the X-axis groove at one end in the Y-axis direction of the grid jig, hooked onto a bottle at the other end of the X-axis groove, and then fed by one pitch of the X-axis groove. The yarn was mechanically shifted and fed into the second X-axis groove, and thereafter the yarn was stored in the X-axis groove while being shifted by one pitch of the X-axis groove, and the yarn was stored in the last X-axis groove. Afterwards, the lattice jig is mechanically rotated 90 degrees in a horizontal plane, and then hooked onto a pin at one end of the lattice jig in the X-axis direction, and shifted by one pitch in the Y-axis groove in the same manner as above. The yarn is stored in the Y-axis groove, and then the release sheet is placed on the top surface of the jig, and then, in the same manner as above, the yarn is placed in the Y-axis groove while shifting the Y-axis groove by one pitch. Then, the release sheet is placed on the top surface of the jig again, and in the same manner, the yarn is stored in the lattice groove and the release sheet is placed alternately. After the predetermined number of layers have been formed, the release sheet is dried and the thread lattice body is separated from the release sheet.

E Effect The yarn to which the adhesive has been applied is given a constant tension by a constant tension applying means, and is hooked onto a pin at one end in the Y-axis direction of the lattice jig via a yarn guide from a guide roll. Next, the yarn is sent along the X-axis groove into the X-axis groove at one end in the Y-axis direction of the grid jig by the X-axis yarn feeding means, and is manually hooked onto a pin at the other end of the X-axis groove, Next, the yarn is shifted by one pitch of the X-axis groove by the Y-axis yarn feeding means, and is fed into the second X-axis groove in the opposite direction by the X-axis yarn feeding means.
Thereafter, in the same manner, the yarn is accommodated in the X-axis groove while being shifted by one pitch in the X-axis groove. After the yarn is accommodated in the last X-axis groove, the lattice jig is rotated 90 degrees in a horizontal plane using a jig rotation table.
Next, the thread is hooked onto the pin at one end in the X-axis direction of the lattice jig, and in the same manner as described above, while shifting the Y-axis thread by one pitch in the Y-axis groove using the Y-axis thread feeding means, It is accommodated by the shaft thread feeding means. Thereafter, the yarn is cut and a release sheet is placed on the top surface of the jig. Then, in the same manner as above, the yarn is accommodated in the Y-axis groove while being shifted by one pitch in the Y-axis groove, and then the jig is rotated 90 degrees to accommodate it in the X-axis groove, and then , place the release sheet on the top of the jig again. Thereafter, in the same manner, storing the threads in the lattice grooves and placing the release sheet are alternately performed. Then, after a set number of layers have been formed, they are dried to separate the release sheet and the thread lattice body.

In the same manner as described above, while shifting the Y-axis groove By by one pitch (100 mm) using the Y-axis yarn feeding means 4, the yarn is accommodated in the Y-axis groove by the X-axis yarn feeding means 6. do. At this time, the pitch feed in the Y-axis direction is performed by the disc 16a and the switch 16b, and the front and rear limit position of the guide stand 3b is stopped by the second LS 19a, 19b.
The left and right limit positions in the X-axis direction are stopped at the 1st LS2.
This is done at 0a and 20b. Thereafter, the yarn is cut and a release sheet is placed on the top surface of jig B.

After that, in the same manner as above, 1 of the Y-axis groove By.
The yarn is accommodated in the Y-axis groove while being shifted by pitches, then the jig is rotated 90 degrees and the yarn is accommodated in the X-axis groove, and then the release sheet is placed on the top surface of the jig again. Thereafter, in the same manner, storing the threads in the lattice grooves and placing the release sheet are alternately performed. After a set number of layers have been formed, they are dried to separate the release sheet and the thread lattice body.

Here, the constant tension applying means 14 operates as follows. That is, the weight 14a is the lower limit detector 15.
When the weight 14a comes into contact with the intermediate detector 15c, the clamping roll 12 stops and the supply of yarn stops, and as the yarn is distributed to the jig B, the weight 14a rises, and when it comes into contact with the intermediate detector 15c, the clamping roll 12 rotates and starts feeding yarn. Furthermore, the weight 14a is the upper limit detector 15
When it comes into contact with a, the yarn guide 7 stops, and the distribution of the yarn to the jig B stops.

G. Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention mechanically stores yarn in the X-axis groove of a lattice jig on a table, manually hooks it onto a pin at the edge of the jig, and then rotates the table 90 degrees. The yarn lattice body was manufactured by rotating it and storing it in the Y-axis groove in the same manner, and repeating these steps. Therefore, the labor of the worker can be significantly reduced.
