A spreading machine is a machine that stacks a large number of sheets on a table so that many sheets can be cut at a time when cutting the original fabric to a certain size. In the unwinding process, the fabric is not necessarily wound evenly around the fabric shaft, and for other reasons, the fabric is not evenly unrolled, so in the case of patterned fabrics, etc. There is a problem in that the pattern is misaligned or tilted, resulting in defective products when cutting the pattern.

The above invention has a pair of needle wheels located at an intermediate position on the main body of the apparatus, which is equipped with a fabric support shaft and a feed roller, and which corresponds to the vicinity of both ears of the fabric and is configured to rotate freely independently. The selvage edge of the raw fabric is arranged so that the edge edge of the raw fabric up to the feed roller passes through the needle wheel in a state where it is hooked around a semi-circumference. This invention relates to an improvement in the method, that is, by providing a cloth dripping support means between a pair of needle wheels,
In particular, it is intended to eliminate the problem of defective products caused by wide or thick fabrics sagging in the center.

21 and 22 are freely rotating guide rollers provided in front of the needle wheels 10 and 10', 23 is a feed roller, and 24 is a presser roller, which applies a constant tension to the original fabric until it reaches the feed roller. It is intended to be granted.
Reference numeral 25 denotes an unraveling roller, which is rotatably supported on the bracket plates 6, 6', and also has a rotating shaft of a motor 26 with a reducer fixed to one end of the bracket plate (6' in the illustrated example). 27a and 27b are connected to the above-mentioned unraveling roller 2.
5 and the needle wheels 10, 10' in an inverted 8-shape, the raw fabric unwound by the rotation of the unraveling roller 25 passes through the needle wheels 10, 10'.
This is done so that a constant slack length f is formed until reaching 10'. This time 28a, 2
8b is a phototube detection means for rotating in conjunction with the unraveling roller 25 so that the slack length f becomes constant.

The above configuration is the same as that of the previously disclosed Japanese Patent Application No. 106052/1982, but in the present invention, a cloth sagging support means is provided to prevent the cloth from hanging between the needle wheels 10 and 10' of the above configuration. It is done as if it were established.

In the present invention, the cloth hanging support means can be arbitrarily designed, but a specific example thereof will be explained below. FIG. It is a support shaft that is supported so that it can move freely. A male screw g is carved into the edge of the support shaft 31, and 32 and 33 are a support plate and a base plate, and a slit 34 of a constant length is provided in the longitudinal direction of the support plate. The male thread g of the support shaft 31 can be fixed at any height within the slit by sandwiching the support plate 32 and tightening it from both ends using nuts 35a and 35b. Note that 36 is a screw hole for fixing the base plate 33. Further, in this embodiment, a ring ring formed with an appropriate width can be integrally attached to the periphery of the disc ring 30 to effectively prevent drooping.

At this time, bolts 41 and 41' are attached horizontally to the central positions of opposing sides 37c and 37d, which are the short sides of the frame 37, and slits 42 of a certain length are bored in the longitudinal direction of the support plate 39. By inserting the tips of the bolts 41, 41' and tightening them from the outside using the nuts 43, it is fixed at a constant height position.

In Figure D, the edge of the arc plate 44 is directly fixed to the frame 37 in Figure C, whereas in this figure, the arc plate 43 is fixed at multiple points so that it can be pulled toward the frame. It is attached via a spring 45, and a vibration device 46 such as an electromagnet is attached to the back side of the ceiling of the arc plate 44. This is advantageous in that the arcuate plate 44 itself vibrates slightly, thereby reducing the contact resistance between the upper surface of the arcuate plate 44 and the cloth surface that comes into contact with it.

When using this device, the needle wheels 10 and 10' are placed on the base plate 13 and
13' and daughter plates 15, 15' are set, and the dice plates 15, 15' are opened slightly so that the side facing the feed roller 23 of the needle wheels 10, 10' widens at the end so that the fabric can be stretched. In addition to the eggplant, a droop support means such as the one illustrated in FIG. 3 is attached to the intermediate position between the needle wheels 10 and 10'.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the raw fabric is fed out to the feeding roller 23 while correctly extending the width. In other words, when unraveling, both edges of the fabric are not twisted or distorted in the width direction. Even so, this discrepancy is adjusted by the difference in rotational speed between the needle wheels 10 and 10', which are designed to be able to rotate independently of each other. The fabric should not sag in the center,
This does not cause any misalignment or inclination of the pattern in patterned items. Therefore, it is possible to prevent defective products from being formed and cut, which greatly contributes to quality improvement.
