[Conventional technology] Shoes are made of a wide variety of materials, including synthetic leather,
Many shoes are made of non-breathable or bad materials such as synthetic resins and rubber, and these shoes in particular have a problem in that the inside of the shoe tends to get stuffy.

Conventionally, these shoes have been provided with holes in the shoelaces or holes in the soles to allow communication between the insides of the shoes and to provide ventilation.

However, even if holes are provided in the shoe sole, breathability is insufficient, and if holes are provided in the sole of the shoe, the breathability is better than the former, but the inside of the shoe may become wet due to foreign matter that enters through the hole, especially moisture. This is likely to occur and is not practical. The present invention aims to eliminate these conventional drawbacks at once by utilizing the breathable properties of leather.

[Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention provides a shoe having an outsole at the lower part of the insole. To provide a shoe with good air permeability, which is made of leather and is formed by integrating a laminate with the leather as the bottom surface as a partial sole, and is provided with a plurality of holes communicating with the midsole and the felt.

[Function] The present invention is based on the method of applying the fencing material 3 as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
A felt 5 having a hole that communicates with the inner sole 4 is glued to the inner sole 4 which is integrally sewn or glued to the inner sole 4, and a leather sole 2 is bonded to cover the felt 5. The outsole 1 is made of a strong material such as synthetic resin or rubber except for the leather sole. felt 5
is located between the midsole 4 and the leather sole 2, and is located between the midsole 4 and the leather sole 2.
The holes 6 that communicate with the felt 5 improve breathability and cushioning properties. Furthermore, the felt 5 has excellent water absorbency, so even if water is absorbed from the leather sole 2 part of the partial sole, the water does not accumulate inside the felt 5 and reach the foot beyond the midsole 4, so that the foot does not get wet.

In addition, as is well known, leather has breathability, water absorption, and water repellent properties, and has the strength to withstand the use of shoe soles, so the leather sole 2 has a breathable effect even without holes.
The leather sole 2 may be provided with holes that communicate with the inner sole 4 and the felt 5, and the provision of the holes further improves the breathability effect.

Reference numeral 1 designates the outsole, and as shown in FIG. 3, the last 7 is fitted with a lace-covering material constructed by sewing or gluing an insole 4, a felt 5, and a leather sole 2 to a lace-cover 3.
Covering material, side mold 8 and bottom mold 9
The outsole 1 is obtained by injecting urethane resin into the space 10 formed in the steps. At this time, the urethane resin may get onto the leather sole from the low uneven part of the bottom mold used to form the outsole design, so mask the leather sole with release paper, aluminum tape, etc. An outsole 1 with an integrated partial sole having the same thickness as the outsole can be obtained without urethane resin adhering to the surface. This bottom 1
is a strong material such as other synthetic resin or rubber,
It can also be molded by conventional methods such as press molding and injection molding.

In another embodiment, holes 6' may be provided in the leather sole 2 to communicate with the inner sole 4 and the felt 5.
This hole 6' may be filled in whole or in part with urethane. This hole 6' can be easily filled with urethane by providing a hole in the masking material used in the above embodiment at a location corresponding to the position of the hole 6' in the leather sole 2. By blocking the mutually communicating holes 6 and 6' with urethane, the adhesive strength between the inner sole 4, the felt 5, and the leather sole 2 is increased, the leather sole 2 is prevented from coming off from the outsole 1, and it is also possible to prevent slipping. It's also effective. In this case, the size of the holes in the midsole 4 and the leather sole 2 is desirably smaller than the holes in the felt 5.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, this invention has excellent breathability through the sole of the shoe, so it has a great effect on preventing foot stuffiness inside the shoe, and even if some water enters from the sole, it does not reach inside the shoe. Since there are no wet shoes, your feet won't get wet, making it extremely comfortable and hygienic. In addition, they are more aesthetically pleasing than conventional shoes with holes in the shoelaces, and are especially suitable for indoor business use.
