Various types of filing bag-like sheets have been proposed for organizing and storing office documents, photographs, etc., and for example, a bag made of transparent film with an opening at the top and a mount inserted into the bag is common. In this conventional example, a plurality of holes are formed on one side edge of the bag, and the bag is used by binding it with a well-known binder.

However, in the conventional example, there is an inconvenience that the backing paper moves around in the bag, and there is also a disadvantage that two steps are required during manufacturing, including inserting the backing paper into the bag after making the bag. In this regard, the present inventor has already proposed a bag in which a core material made of a synthetic resin sheet is used in place of the mount, and the core material is welded to the bag at the same time as the film is used to make the bag. However, even in this case, complicated folding of the film, which is unique to bag making, is required, and there is a limit to further simplifying the process.

An object of the present invention is to break away from the conventional concept of bag making and to provide a method for manufacturing a bag-like sheet for filing very simply. In particular, according to the invention:
It is possible to simplify the folding process that conventionally accompanies bag making. Furthermore, by using a tube-shaped film that is generally supplied by inflation molding, it is possible to easily provide a so-called double-opening sheet, that is, a bag-shaped sheet for filing, which has a pair of left and right bag portions. The present invention is characterized by a film that covers the core material symmetrically with respect to the center line of the sheet-like core material, and the bag portions are formed in pairs on the front and back sides of the core material and open oppositely. 1. A method for manufacturing a bag-like sheet for filing in which a continuous long tube-like film is cut along approximately the diameter; A step of separating the pair of strip-shaped films from each other at a predetermined distance; After expanding at least one of the opposing cut edges of the pair of strip-shaped films so as to separate them from each other, the two cut edges are brought back into close proximity again. The process of forcing;
In the step, a continuous long sheet-like core material is inserted between a pair of strip-like films from the expanded space of the film cut edge, and the film cut edge is returned to the central line of the width of the core material. The method consists of the following steps: covering both the left and right portions with a pair of half-folded strip films; and fusing and welding the core material and the film in the width direction at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction.

The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 shows the overall outline of the manufacturing method according to the present invention, in which a roll 1 is a wound body of a tube-shaped synthetic resin film that has been inflation-molded, and a tube-shaped film 2 that is unwound from the roll 1 is Transparent or translucent. Further, the roll 3 is a wound body of a synthetic resin sheet that is slightly thicker than the film, and the sheet fed out from the roll 3 is used as a sheet core material 4, which will be described later, and is preferably colored yellow or the like. There is. The film 2 and the core material 4 are made of the same synthetic resin material and can be suitably welded to each other by heat. The tube-shaped film 2 unwound from the roll 1 is cut approximately along its diameter by a cutting device 5 such as a slitter. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 2, by cutting the film 2, the film 2 constitutes a pair of strip-shaped films 2a and 2b which are half-folded to have a substantially U-shaped cross section. Next, the pair of strip-shaped films are separated from each other so as to have a predetermined distance S from each other (separation step). Also, a pair of belt-shaped films 2a,
2b are mutually expanded so as to separate at least one of the opposing cut edges, in the example shown, the lower edges 2c and 2d, and then both edges 2c and 2 are opened again.
d is returned to the close position (expansion step and return step). On the other hand, the elongated sheet-like core material 4 drawn out from the roll 3 is inserted between the pair of strip-like films 2a and 2b in the expansion process, and is moved to the left and right sides of the center line with respect to the width of the core material 4 through the return process. Both parts are covered with a pair of half-folded strip films 2a and 2b (core insertion and integration step). These separation steps, expansion steps, return steps, and core material insertion and integration steps are automatically performed via a guide device 6, which will be described later.

As mentioned above, the core material 4 sent through the guide device 6 has both left and right sides covered with a pair of half-folded films 2a, 2.
b is conveyed by a pulling roller 7 in a state covered with b, and sent to a sealing device via a step roller 8. In the sealing device, the films 2a, 2b and the core material 4 are fed intermittently, and during intermittent stops, are welded by a fusing blade 9 in the width direction at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. Bag-like sheets 10 for filing are sequentially stacked on a mounting table 11.

Bag-shaped sheet for filing 1 thus manufactured
0, as shown in FIG.
Both upper and lower edges 12 and 12 are welded together. With this film, bag portions 1 are formed on both the front and back sides of the core material 4, forming pairs on the left and right and opening facing each other.
3 and 13 are formed, and the opening edges 14 and 14 are arranged with an interval corresponding to the above-mentioned interval S.
Incidentally, it is possible to provide compartment seals 16, 16 on the bag parts 13, 13 as shown in FIG. 17 should be provided. With this partition seal, the bag portion 13 can be divided into a plurality of upper and lower pouch portions. Incidentally, a large number of bag-like sheets 10 for filing are stacked and integrated along the center line by welding 17' using a sealing means such as an ultrasonic seal, as shown in FIG. It is processed and commercialized.

The pair of operating bodies of the separating and expanding device 19 are formed symmetrically with each other, and each has a horizontal portion 23 and a vertical portion 24 depending from the outer edge of the horizontal portion. The outer edge of the horizontal portion 23 has an outwardly sloping flared edge 25, which is followed by a straight edge 26 extending parallel to the axial direction. The vertical portion 24 is gradually widened so as to be gradually taller in the direction from the expanded edge 25 to the straight edge 26, and the width of the wall increases from the narrow wall portion 24a to the wide wall portion 24b. The angle with respect to the horizontal portion 23 gradually increases from an acute angle, and the widest wall portion 24b is approximately 90 degrees with respect to the horizontal portion 23.

As shown in order in the figures to FIG.
The sheet-like core material 4 is suitably introduced from between 2d (FIG. 10), and then the film 2 is inserted together with the core material 4.
a, 2b move along the device 20, so that the film edges 2c, 2d approach each other from the wide wall 28b of the vertical section 28 to the narrow wall 28a. As a result, the films 2a and 2b wrap and cover both the left and right sides of the core material 4 (FIG. 12). still,
The pair of band-shaped films 2a and 2b are conveyed and tensioned by the pulling roller 7, and this performs the above-mentioned return operation. 2d is optionally configured to be held along said vertical section 28 (FIG. 11).

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the process is extremely simplified and productivity is greatly improved compared to the conventional bag making method in which a flat sheet film is folded into a bag shape. be able to. Moreover, by using a tube-shaped film that is generally supplied by inflation molding, it is possible to easily provide a so-called double-opening sheet, that is, a bag-like sheet for filing, which has a pair of left and right bag portions, using the above-mentioned process. From this point of view as well, productivity is extremely high.
