Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はディゼル機関のL P G噴射による出力増加
および燃費節約および黒煙減少装置に関するものである
ディゼル機関の出力増加、燃費節約、黒煙減少をはかる
ためには、 エンジン内部にてより)−二全燃焼登図ら
なくてはならず、過給器などの圧力を高める装置で燃焼
効率を良くしているが、本発明は、LPOを誘爆させて
おこる出力増加1こより、燃費節約、黒煙減少の+−I
I G噴射装置を提供するものである。
以F本発明を図面に示した実施例に基づき説明する1図
の噴射拭を調整できるLr’G噴射ノズル1を、200
0 c c、 @のディーゼル機関で0.2kg/h程
度に調整しておき、キースイッチにて作動する電磁弁2
より、圧力調整器3で250mrn/11.0 程度に
調圧した!、IIGをボンベ4より取り出す、電磁弁2
はサーモスタッ1−6によりエンジン温度が50度以−
ににならないとアースされない、電磁弁2は、アクセル
ペダルに取付けられた停止スイッチ5により低速回転時
には働かなくてガスが停止するようになる。
本発明の効果を次に述べる ディゼル機関に推定120オクタンのLl)Gを噴射す
ると燃焼効率がいちじるしくヒがり回転上昇時のレスポ
ンスの向上があり、2000ccのディーゼルターボ車
で取付前に比べ、スピードが30 k m / h シ
か出ない急坂を同じギアで60 k m / hまで向
上する。
燃焼効率の上昇による軸出力の増加で、今まで完全燃焼
せずに燃え残り黒煙となりすてていた燃料を、ディーゼ
ル機関の噴射ポンプを小型化することで減少させること
が出来、燃費節約にもつながる。
圧力調整な3とLPG噴射ノズルlにて調圧しているの
で、ディーゼルノックが起きるほど噴射量は多くなく、
全体の10%程度であり、サーモスタット6と停止スイ
ッチ5により通常運転時のみ噴射される。
以上によりディーゼルトラックによる登坂時の交通停滞
や発癌性の高い黒煙を減少させることのできる。LI)
G噴射によるディーゼル機関の出力増加および燃費節約
および黒煙減少装置として、従来例のない特徴をもつ優
れたものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. インテークマニホールドの空気取り入れ口に取付けたノ
    ズル径の調整出来るLPG噴射ノズル1へ、電磁弁2と
    圧力調整器3を取付けてLPGを充填したボンベ4より
    、アイドリング時にガスを止める停止スイッチ5とエン
    ジン温度が上昇しなければ電磁弁を開かないサーモスタ
    ット6を介して制御してなる、LPG噴射によるディゼ
    ル機関の出力増加および燃費節約および黒煙減少装置。
