Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明はコード担体により作動可能な自動処理機、例え
ば現金自動処理機の不正使用防止用（保安用）監ｍ装置
に関する。
従来の技術 銀行の顧客に現金を引き出しないし利用可能にする（殊
に銀行の営業時間外で）丸めに現金自動処理機が設置さ
れる。この現金自動処理機中には磁気条片付きの小切手
カードが差込１れる。現金自動処理機のキーボードにて
１個人的から 暗証番号”の入力後自動現金処理機／、同じくキーボー
ドにて入力され次金額をひき出丁Ｃとができる。
小切手の盗難又は紛失の際乱用、不法使用の危険性があ
る。１個人的暗証番号“は正当な所有者から屡々詐術に
よってさぐり出されるか、又は他の方法で窃盗者又は拾
得者に知られることが起る。このような者は現金自動処
理機を介して現金をひき田して所有者の損害を起こさせ
るおそれがある。
小切手カード又はクレジットカードの磁気コードにより
操作される他の自動処理機において類似の問題が起こシ
得る（例えば航空券の販売用の自動販売機において）。
発明の目的 本発明の課喧とするところは、上述の従来技術の欠点を
克服した不正防止のための自動処理機を提供することに
ある。
発明の構成 上記の課題の解決のため本発明によれば、（ａ）　　画
像記録装置を有しこの装置は一自動処理機の操作の際作
動可能であり、−当該視野内に自動処理機の掃作の際利
用者が入るべき視野の画像を撮像し録画するように構成
され （ｂ）　　ブロッキングゾーン内での対象物ないし侵入
者の存在に応動するセンサ装置を有し上記ブロッキング
ゾーンは上記撮像装置につづく領域Ｖ−Ｗし、 （ｃ）　　上記センサ装置の応動の際自動処理機のブロ
ッキングを行なうための装置１１１ｆｔ有するのである
。
いずれの利用者も、自動処理機の操作の際、撮像機によ
って固定的に捉えられる。この撮像機には有利にビデオ
カメラが用いられる。ビデオカメラは照度、明るさの弱
い際にもなお十分に作動し、著しく小型に構成ちれ得る
。更に、自動処理機の不正使用が認められなかったとき
は録画され友画像馨暫くしてから消丁ことができる。こ
のようにして、自動処理機の利用者が録画され、それに
より、不正使用のありｔ場合にいずれにしても、利用者
の録画ちれた画像が使用可能である。自動処理１１！を
不正に使用しようとする利用者は撮像装置χカバーして
画像の記録を妨げようとすることが起シ得る。その際は
センサ装置が応動して自動処理機をブロッキングする（
非作動状態におく）こととなる。
＊施例 次に図を用いて本発明の詳細な説明する。
１０は現金自動処理機であり、この処理機からは小切手
カードの差込及びコードの入力を行なうと現金が引き出
され得る。この現金自動処理機１０は組込式のビデオカ
メラ１２によって監視される。ビデオカメラ１２は当該
視野内に現金自動処理機の操作の際利用者の頭部が入る
べき視野１４ａ−とらえる。小切手カードによる現金処
理機の操作をするとビデオカメラ１２が作動され、利用
者の画ｇＲを記録する。
ビデオカメラ１２につづく領域１８内に人物とか対象物
ないし侵入者が入ると第１図には示してないセンサ１６
が応動する。このセンサによって現金自動処理機１０の
機能が遮断、停止される。そのときその処理機からは現
金は引き出されない。
第２図には現金処理機及び監視装置の機能、動作がブロ
ック図で示しである。
上記処理機はカード読取器２０を有する。この読取器中
には小切手カードの磁気コード付出気条片が挿入される
。中−ボード２２ではコード、１個人的暗証番号”が入
力され、小切手カード及びコードのチエツク後所望の金
額が入力嘔れる。このチエツクは制御部２４にて行なわ
れる。この制御部２４は現金取出装ｆｔ２６ｙ！ｌ−制
御する。
ビデオカメラ１２は画像メモリ２８と接続逼れている。
この画像メモリ２８はビデオテープであってよい。１九
七の画像メモリはスチル（静止）画像の記憶なできるよ
うに構成されていてもよい。現金自動処理機１０が小切
手カードで操作されると直ちにビデオカメラ１２は制輝
部２４により作動接続さ１．る。このことは線路３０で
示されている。更に、制御部２４はデータを画像メモリ
２８に供給てる。このことは線路３２で示す０これらデ
ータは記憶６れ良画像に一義的に対応づけて記憶される
。これらデータは小切手番号とか、現金処理機の操作の
日時等である。また、上記データは当該処理操作の連続
番号が、記憶さ１，７を画像と共に記憶されてもよい。
七の除その番号はや（′１ジ上記データに一義的に対応
づけて記憶され得る。
領域１８内に対象物ないし侵入者、人物が立入って、も
って、肇障装画１２の視野１４′？：カバーするとセン
サ１６が応＠てる。このセンサ１６は自動的距離計であ
ってよい。このセンサ１６はブロッキング（遮断）メカ
ニズムを制御し、このメカニズムは現金取出装置ｔ２６
による現金の取出しχ禁止、阻止する。線路３６７介し
ての制＠１部２４への４５号によｔ）現今取出過程が中
断δれる。
上記憶域１８は次のように選定されている、即ち、現金
自動処理機１０の正常な操作の際は当該領域１８内に侵
入（立入り）しなくてもよいように遠定嘔れている。他
面では上記領績１Ｂは次のように選定されている、即ち
自立危ないようにしてビデオカメラの視ＩＲｋカバーし
ようとする場合には当該領域内に入らざるを得ないよう
に選定されている。
而して、作動中、所定の時間間隔をおいて、不正使用が
あつ九かどうか、例えば、小切手カード番号が、盗難届
けの出されている小切手カード番号と一致しているかど
うかかしらべられる。そのような不正使用のあった場合
には七の利用者の画像が保有さｎるのであり、不正使用
のない場合には記憶され７を画像は丁んな＃）杓び消去
され得る。
発明の効果 本発明により従来技術より一層確実に自動処理機の不正
使用を防止し得る自動処理機の不正使用防止袋ｆｉ′Ｉ
￥：災現できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、コード担体により操作可能な自動処理機の不正使用
    防止用監視装置において、 （ａ）画像記録装置（１２）を有しこの装置は−自動処
    理機（１０）の操作の際作動可能 であり、 −当該視野内に自動処理機（１０）の操作 の際利用者が入るべき視野（１４）の画像を撮像し録画
    するように構成され （ｂ）ブロッキングゾーン内での対象物ないし侵入者の
    存在に応動するセンサ装置（１６）を有し上記ブロッキ
    ングゾーンは上記撮像装置（１２）につづく領域（１８
    ）を有し、 （ｃ）上記センサ装置（１６）の応動の際自動処理機（
    １０）のブロッキングを行なうための装置（３４、３６
    ）を有することを特徴とする自動処理機の不正使用防止
    用監視装置。 ２、上記撮像装置（１２）はビデオカメラにより形成さ
    れる請求項１記載の装置。 ３、上記センサ装置（１６）は自動的距離計（測定装置
    ）により形成される請求項１又は２記載の装置。 ４、記録された画像に一義的に対応づけてコード担体の
    データを記憶ないし記入する装置 （２８、３２）を有する請求項１から３までのうちいず
    れかに記載の装置。
