した点火装置が知られている。しかしながら前記
高圧コードは耐電圧性、耐候性等を考慮して、一
般に数年で新品と交換しなければならないので、
不経済である。

知(特開昭51−137041号公報参照)であるが、こ
の公知のものでは、点火プラグ端子に対する接続
部材を兼ねるコイルばねと、鉄心との間にノイズ
サプレツサ抵抗を弾力的に挟持するようにしてい
るので、ノイズサプレツサ抵抗に対する支持が不
安定であり、例えばエンジンの振動等によつてノ
イズサプレツサ抵抗が鉄心より一時的に離れて、
点火プラグと点火コイル間が一時的に遮断されて
しまう虞れがある。

一端部が前記鉄心の内端部に対向し且つ他端部が
前記端子部に着脱可能に接続される導電性接続部
材を固着し、この接続部材の前記一端部には、ノ
イズサプレツサ抵抗の一端を嵌入させる凹部を設
け、そのノイズサプレツサ抵抗の他端部が嵌入さ
れる凹部を有する導電性ボルトを前記鉄心の内端
部に螺着すると共に、該内端部とボルト間に、前
記点火コイルにおける2次コイルの出力側端末に
連なる導電板を挟着したことを特徴とする。

子部8に抜止め保持される。前記中空ボルト9は
袋ナツト3に螺着されており、その両者3,9は
互いに協働して本考案の導電性接続部材Jを構成

て、前記プラグキヤツプの内壁に、一端部が前記
鉄心の内端部に対向し且つ他端部が前記端子部に
着脱可能に接続される導電性接続部材を固着し、
この接続部材の前記一端部には、ノイズサプレツ
サ抵抗の一端を嵌入させる凹部を設け、そのノイ
ズサプレツサ抵抗の他端部が嵌入される凹部を有
する導電性ボルトを前記鉄心の内端部に螺着する
と共に、該内端部とボルト間に、前記点火コイル
における2次コイルの出力側端末に連なる導電板
を挟着したので、点火コイルと点火プラグ間をノ
イズサプレツサ抵抗を介して支障なく接続するこ
とができて、その間に高圧コードを特別に設ける
必要はなく、そのコードのメンテナンスに要する
時間及び交換費用を省くことができる。しかも上
記ノイズサプレツサ抵抗は、プラグキヤツプに固
定の前記接続部材及び導電性ボルトの各凹部によ
つて両端が強固に挟持固定されることから、エン
ジンの振動等によつても妄りにガタつくことなく
常に該接続部材及び導電性ボルトに密着すること
ができ、従つてエンジン振動等が大きいような場
合でも点火プラグと点火コイル間の導通状態を常
に的確に保持することができる。また前記導電性
ボルトは、上記ノイズサプレツサ抵抗に対する位
置決め保持手段と、該抵抗を2次コイルの出力側
端末に接続する導電板を鉄心に固定するための固
着手段とに兼用されるから、それだけ構造簡単で
コストダウンに寄与し得る。
