5を摺動させ、図外のパツドをデイスクに押圧し
て行なわれる。その際にピン2はキヤリパのボス
部6に圧入されている針状ころ軸受7にて支承さ
れて回動する。このピン2を支承する針状ころ軸
受7の外輪8には、リンク3挿通用の孔9が穿設
されている。このために、針状ころ軸受7をキヤ
リパのボス部6へ圧入装着する際に、外輪8に軸
線方向の圧縮力が作用し、孔9が形成された比較
的剛性の低い中間部分が膨出し、加えて、外輪8
の材質がキヤリパのボス部6の材質より硬いため
に、特に該孔9の尖鋭な上縁角部にてキヤリパの
ボス部6内壁、主としてリンク3挿通用孔6a上
縁が切削され、この切削屑によつてブレーキの機
能を阻害する欠点があつた。具体的には切削屑が
リンク3とピストン5とを接続するアジヤステイ
ングスクリユ4の基端側シール材4aに喰い込ん
