[Prior art J] Spinning bobbins produced with spinning machines, especially ring spinning machines, have yarn ends that come loose or overlap with the yarn ends of other spinning bobbins when being transported to the next rewinding process using an automatic winder. In order to prevent the spinning bobbin from becoming entangled, top punch winding or bottom punch winding is performed on the winding tube at the end of winding the spinning bobbin.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, the present invention provides a spinning machine for winding yarn feed around a winding tube, and a spinning machine for rewinding yarn from a spinning bobbin wound by the spinning machine. In the spinning winder method, which consists of an automatic winder that forms a package using the above-mentioned spinning machine, after the main winding is completed on the yarn winding tube by the above-mentioned spinning machine, the yarn on the yarn feeding side is cut, and at the same time, the yarn is cut from the yarn winding tube by a suction flow. After the yarn end is pulled into the yarn winding tube and the yarn end is taken out, the spinning bobbin after being taken out is fed to an automatic winder.

[Function] According to the above configuration, after the main winding is performed on the winding tube with the spinning machine, the yarn is cut without performing punch winding as in the conventional method, air is sucked through the winding tube, and the yarn is wound. By pulling the cut yarn end into the winding tube with a suction air stream and directly unwinding it, there is no need for a conventional winding device. Also, by pulling the cut yarn end inside the spinning machine and directly feeding it to the automatic winder. , it is possible to turn around efficiently. In addition, the transportation path for the spinning bobbin from the spinning machine to the automatic winder is very small, and since the spinning bobbin is transported after it has been spun, it is possible to prevent yarn strands during transportation.

The lower part of the spindle 10 is communicated with a suction pipe (not shown), and a suction air flow shown by the arrow 17 in the figure is generated through the spindle 10 and the winding tube 9. First, the yarn Ya guided by the guide device 16 is drawn into the winding tube 9 as shown by the arrow 18 in the figure, and the cut yarn end is transferred to the traveler 12.
The thread is passed through and inserted into the take-up tube 9, and the thread end is completely drawn out. At this time, the front roller 13 moves the yarn feeding Y after cutting.
is kept in a stopped state. Further, the length of the yarn cut by the yarn cutter 14 and inserted into the winding tube 5 is made shorter than the length of the winding tube 5.

In the winding unit 3 of the automatic winder 2 of the present invention, the spinning bobbin 8 is inserted into the fluff cover 35,
The thread YB of the spinning bobbin 8 is blown up from the upper end of the cover 35, and is suctioned by the suction mouth 29a to rewind the thread. In addition, in this case, as explained in Fig. 2, since there is no conventional thread end feed device connected between the spinning machine 1 and the automatic wine goo 2, if the thread on the bobbin 8 side breaks during rewinding. etc., cannot be guided to the pick-up device and processed again for pick-up processing as in the past.

When blowing air from the pressure nozzle 38, as shown in FIG. 5, the yarn Y8 is lifted upward from the bobbin 8 by blowing upward toward the center, and can be easily blown up. In this case, the direction of each nozzle 38 is slightly inclined so that a swirling flow is generated on the circumferential surface of the bobbin 8 in the opposite direction to the winding direction of the thread.
Even if B is short, the thread on the bobbin 8 can be blown up while unraveling, and the thread can be reliably blown up to the suction mouth 29a.
